- Has executed major Power projects as the Lead Document Controller for FEED / detailed engineering with an engineering contractor / PMC organization - Has independently handled all aspects of Project documentation utilizing various document control practices and Electronic Document Management Systems (EDMS) - Prepare, operate and update document control procedures - Develop document distribution matrices, document achieving, filing practices - Familiar with all types of engineering and Project documents in the industry, in particular, their discipline ownership and relevance, processes such as generation, review / checking, revision / updates - Familiar with electronic heavy document and data transmission means and practices
Requirements
Experience, Knowledge & Skills - Must have good knowledge of MS Office packages especially Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook. - Must be expert level in Aconex - Excellent document organisational skills. - Ability to manage multiple and changing priorities in a high volume environment. - Accuracy and attention to detail. - A high degree of expertise in technical data management. - Experience of SharePoint and BIW or other on-line collaboration tools. - Experience of supporting programme/project focused teams in property or construction environments. Qualifications - Degree Qualification is preferred but not essential. - Professional Memberships are an advantage but not essential.

HSE - Power

- Discuss and integrate HSE requirements into project execution plan and strategies including site coordination plans covering FEED through construction and commissioning. - Communicate HSE strategies, concerns and expectations to respective project personnel and key stakeholders. - Formulate and regularly review the project HSE plan to ensure that it remains comprehensive, effective, up-to-date and relevant. - Regularly assess the site HSEMS to identify any deviations, weaknesses or significant change in the organization, risks control measures and provide recommendations for improvement. - Ensure that all accidents and incidents are thoroughly investigated, reported and that appropriate corrective and preventive actions including the sharing of lessons learned are carried out on a timely manner. - Report HSE performance against leading and lagging indicators to the project management, group HSE and client representative. - Participate in project reviews involving critical lifts, logistics, site traffic, construct-ability, contract requisitions, contractors’ tender responses, etc.
Requirements
- Have 5+ years’ experience of HSE management for a power project - Have previous international experience - Be willing to re-locate to the Middle East - Be fluent in written and spoken English - B.Sc Degree in an HSE related field

Requirements
Educated to degree level in Mechanical Engineering or Building Services Engineering (MEng or BEng), and having gained experience in a Mechanical Engineering role within a building services context (Ventilation, cooling and air conditioning, heating systems, etc), you are already well versed in relevant design software and have a strong amount of experience in financial sectors and mission critical systems. Given the collaborative and client focused nature of this role, excellent communication skills and experience of using your initiative to overcome challenges are essential.

- Energy Sector - CA / MBA in Finance from a prestigious institute. - 10+ years of experience out of which at least 5 years should be in Energy industry within UAE. - Excellent exposure to budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, accounting and planning. - Knowledge of construction accounting principles and internal financial reporting standards are a requirement. - Ability to lead and manage a team of accountants. - Ability to provide innovative solutions for cash flow management. Experience in risk assessment and impacting the bottom line. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Requirements
- Bachelors’ degree with a professional accounting qualification such as CA, CMA, CPA or ACCA is desirable / Masters ‘degree such as MBA in Finance or Master of Commerce - Experienced in performing well under work pressure - Can accomplish task with minimum supervision - Goal focused, self-motivated and can effectively multitask - Advanced Excel skills - Knowledge in Tally and Sage Software - Minimum 5 years’ relevant finance experience and at least 2 years as a Senior Accountant - Experience working in a group of companies especially Real Estate and Contracting will be a great advantage - Minimum 10 years’ relevant finance experience and at least 2 years as an Accounting Manager
