Paralegal - Investment Company, Abu Dhabi Swisslinx Middle East is looking for a Paralegal on behalf of their client, an investment company based in Abu Dhabi. Supporting the General Counsel, your responsibilities will include: • Undertaking assignments as instructed by the General Counsel • General administration duties; preparation of management reports, legal advice documents and case summary for litigation etc. • Assist in safe keeping of all legal documents pertaining to legal transaction and contracts/agreements • Assisting the company in procurements, leasing, corporate governance etc. • Manage accurately and update constantly the company’s legal and personnel • Proof-reading and translations
Requirements
• Bachelor Degree • Experience of 4-5 years in a law firm or a corporate legal department in the Middle East is desired • Fluent English is a must; Arabic will be an advantage If you possess the above qualifications and are interested to develop your career in an organisation with strong presence in the GCC region, please apply online.
