Medical Mobility Devices, Business Development Manager - GCC

Business Development Manager required for a European Medical Mobility Devices manufacturer. Developing new business across the GCC, based from either Dubai or Abu Dhabi. Candidates must come from a Mobility Devices background or be experienced sales people coming from a Physiotherapy or Occupational Therapy background.

Client Details
A European Medical Mobility Devices manufacturer.

Located in UAE (Dubai or Abu Dhabi) the candidate will be responsible for Managing and developing business in Middle East GCC region through training/assessing clinicians at hospitals/centres and supporting local distributors at the different countries.

MAIN TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES
* Implement commercial strategy regionally and by country.
* Achieve Region and Country Sales targets promoting mobility products.
* Organise Training Programs on products throughout the ME
* Deliver courses/seminars on products to customers and prescribers (doctors, Occupational Therapists, Physiotherapists, Clinicians) as well as to distributors.
* Provide End User assessment fitting products, especially with complex cases / needs.
* Manage current network of distributors and make proposal for changes if/when required in order to obtain sustainable growth along the years.
* Manage pricing/discounts/payment terms strategy in the area
* Extensive/regular travelling to countries visiting centres and distributors
* Market monitoring (Countries, Hospital Centres, Competitors, etc)
* Regular reporting to EU HQ
* Participate in Sales budgets/forecasts for ME

Job Offer
25,000 - 35,000 AED Inclusive of transport, plus commission, health, flights
The Successful Medical Mobility Devices, Business Development Manager - GCC MUST be based in either Dubai or Abu Dhabi, and match ALL of the below criteria:

* Hold a Clinical Education University degree (Medicine, Occupational Therapist, Physiotherapy)
* Sales experience of medical devices or medical products in the Middle East for a minimum of 4 years.
* Good understanding of the UAE and GCC Health Care systems.
* Flexibility to travel extensively in line with the requirements of the role.
* Arabic language is an advantage but not essential.

A leading logistics service provider / 3PL specialising in Transport & Warehousing Solutions across Saudi Arabia, are currently looking for a Commercial Manager / Business Development Manager from a logistics background. You will be required to have a strong focus to increase profit margins and achieve target revenues, with sufficient knowledge of warehousing & transport. In addition to being in charge of sales plans and delivery for transport services. The BDM will be expected to achieve this through developing and maintaining new business accounts as well as new business acquisition.

Job Scope:
• Demonstrate knowledge of supply chain management and logistics
• Find ways to increase margins in key focus areas in line with healthcare& FMCG trends
• Responsible to keep a look out for selling space/other services in the multi-user warehouses, specifically seasonal storage.
• Responsible for the sales plan and sales delivery of the KSA Accounts Transport Services and other value added services.
• Analyse and demonstrate customer industry specific knowledge and trends. Analyse marketing, customer and competitor information
• Identify/ select key influences internal and external and understand their decision-making processes
• Understand current and future capabilities of the firm’s services’ offerings
• Develop analytical skills to establish customer’s business and logistics management needs
• Regular contract with the BDM team, General Managers on site, customers, suppliers
• Demonstrate organisational and personal benefits of our services to customers
• Follow up with qualified written information to the customer. Including producing responses to FMCG’s
• Manage joint projects and achieve KPI’s such as profitability
• To be working on a minimum of 3 target accounts that can be brought on in the required timeframe and meet the criteria set by the Company
• Manage and implement new businesses that meet the budget criteria

Salary: 35,000 - 38,000 AED monthly
• Candidate is expected to be completely mobile within KSA and is prepared to spend time away from home

• Multi-user and multi-base warehousing and transport experience
