We are working with a major contractor in the UK who turn over in excess of £250 million per year.
With and established business and continued growth across the UK they are looking to bring on board a project/ contracts manager to manage the tender process of multiple offshore wind projects.
With the role, you will be responsible for;
* Working closely with tender engineers (including Engineering, Procurement and Planning teams)
* Supporting the team in commercial and contractual negotiations, working alongside legal and finance teams
* Directing contact with Clients; presentations, contract negotiations, tender clarifications
* Leading smaller projects in the UK (such as Early Works, Demonstration Projects, Tidal projects).
* Contractor representation with client and other stakeholders

* Experience in offshore renewable projects - project management, engineering and installation
* Good general knowledge of offshore renewable energy industry - supply chain, clients, consultants etc
* Strong engineering acumen, capable of understanding, evaluating, challenging and presenting technical issues

We are working with a well-established main contractor in Malaysia who have been there for many years and have a proven track record in successfully delivering some of the country's most iconic projects.
Following the continued development and implementation of the entire groups digital modelling and date tracking they are looking to bring on board an information manager to develop the common data environment.
The role will have a strong focus on all design system with a particular focus on someone who understand BIM in depth.
Key Responsibilities / Duties;
* Establish a Common Data Environment including processes and procedures to enable reliable information exchange between Project Team Members, the Employer and other parties.
* Establish, agree and implement the information structure and maintenance standards for the Information Model.
* Receive information into the Information Model in compliance with agreed processes and procedures. Validate compliance with information requirements and advise on non-compliance.
* Maintain the Information Model to meet integrity and security standards in compliance with the employer's information requirement.
* Manage Common Data Environment processes and procedures, validate compliance with them and advise on non-compliance.

Integration Specialist - Railway/ Metro Systems

We are working for one of the main contractors
on the new Doha metro project. Due to continued project development, they are
now looking for a system integration specialist.
This role reports in to the management team and is responsible for developing Logic diagram for system function details and documentation in consideration of the following subjects:
* Requirement Management (V&V)
* System Function
* Test & Commissioning
* Hand-over and Certification
All the above will specifically be related to the systems being installed on the Doha metro and associated works.
