Gathering project requirements and scoping solutions
Ensure system user requirements are met through extensive involvement in existing IBM Cognos planning and reporting enhancements and projects, as they relate to change control, problem analysis and resolution development, system testing, user acceptance testing, training of end users and procedures and problem resolution
Reporting, planning and forecasting
Assist users to define enhancement requirements in relation to group planning models and related reporting processes;
Ensure users change request priorities, resourcing and resolution turnaround times are managed effectively
Resolve end user issues, efficiency improvements or enhancing data quality
Take clients through the full project lifecycle, from pre-sales through to delivery completion.
