Job Description  Our client, a reputed major overseas EPC Contracting Company based in Dubai, UAE is looking for competent professional candidates for following position for their on-going oil and gas process plant project in Kuwait.   Training Manager (O&M) Commissioning 
 Job Location: Kuwait 
 Qualification: Diploma / Degree Engineering from a recognized and reputed University. (Four Years Full time) 
 Experience: 15-20 years of experience in oil and gas sector with reputed EPC companies. 
 Specific Requirements: 
    
Preparing structured training programs for complex process plants in O&G sector 
Organizing / arranging / Co-coordinating training modules, prepared by equipment (M/E/I) suppliers, for presentation to Client operation staff 
Preparation and coordination of client approval for training materials/manuals 
Implement a Competency Assurance System (CAS) 
Liaising / coordinating / training at Vendor premises 
Deliver Instructional and Operational training modules (In-Class room and On-the Job Field training) 
Ideally have KOC or Kuwait experience (KOC / KNPC) or similar GCC country end users

The Role 
ABOUT THIS JOB The role of Customer Support Representative is to provide accurate product quotations in a timely manner. This requires ability to gather and decipher customer specifications/engineering requirements, interface with Geo-markets and other company functions inside and outside the plant, and articulate viable costing solutions. This is a visible role that requires the ability to communicate well, to demonstrate high flexibility and show empathy to the customer’s expectations.   KEY RESPONSIBILITIES / ACCOUNTABILITIES  Prepare Completions Product quotes Offer substitute products/components where appropriate Review and interpret engineering drawings and customers specifications/requirements Collaborate with other departments to gather pertinent data to the quotation process Establish and maintain customer relationships, communicates with customers and co-workers to provide technical information Maintain and update key Performance Indexes of the department Implement Customer Service strategies set forth by plant management Arrange and attend meetings/conference calls as required  Create ISTO’s, Initiate FE and other tasks Meet deadlines through effective organizational skills and flexibility Up to 70% of the time could be spent working on preparing and completing quotations 
Requirements 
QUALIFICATIONS / REQUIREMENTS  Holds a Bachelor Degree in Engineering/Math or Physical sciences Excellent verbal & written communication skills Knowledge of quotation principles and preferably 2+ year experience Understanding of manufacturing principles, practices and environment Knowledge and understanding of Customer Care tenets and requirements Excellent negotiation abilities, interpersonal skills and ability to drive decisions with influence Demonstrated ability to successfully interface with external and internal parties Proficient software skills, including EXCEL, and SAP
