Job Description  
 The client has an immediate opening for an Assistant Manager - Enterprise Sales & Business Development, reporting to the Director. A successful candidate will have a demonstrated track record of sales ""hunting"" success with Small and Medium Enterprises in DUBAI, UAE.   The overall goal of the Enterprise Business Development & Sales-Assistant Manager is to develop relationships with Schools, Sports Associations/Federation, Tournament Organizers, Corporate Houses and close new business that incorporates the sale of clients entire suite of products and Services built to promote and support digital ecosystem for sports in UAE to deliver against an aggressive Monthly, Quarterly and Annual sales plan. Day to day responsibilities include managing the entire sales opportunity management cycle, from cold calling to negotiating and closing new business with new and existing accounts.   Key Responsibilities:   - Meet an aggressive sales plan by selling the client an entire suite of products and Services built to promote and support digital ecosystem for sports in India and UAE for achieving an aggressive monthly, quarterly and annual sales plan   - Prospect and convert leads with senior management at target, enterprise- accounts leading to profitable business relationships   - Work with clients portfolio of offerings to offer solutions that solve the customer's (School- s, Sports Associations/Federation, Tournament Organizers, Corporate Houses) problem relating to exposure in the field of sports along with managing player statistics.   - Prepare and present financially-driven sales proposals and presentations   - Negotiate and close contracts of services directly with customers   - Report on all sales activities according to Clients sales process. You may have to evolve the Sales Process and Reporting formats.   - Work closely with inside delivery team to ensure seamless hand off of prospect and customer relationships at the beginning and end of the sales cycle   Required Qualifications:   Desired Skills and Experience   - The successful candidate must have 2-4 Years Enterprise/Institutional/SME sales experience in Selling digital products and services (enterprise sales) in UAE   - Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. A wide degree of creativity and attitude is expected in selling solutions.   - Must have the ability to establish credibility with senior level decision makers & market influences.   - Proven sales success in the form of consistently exceeding aggressive sales plans in a competitive environment.   - A candidate bringing a book of business and/or an established network of target account contacts to the company is a definite plus.   - Graduates (Any stream including engineering) and MBA or Masters and inclination towards sports is a must.   - Passionate about technology. The Role 
An exciting opportunity has arisen to lead the newly re-structured MIS Team to support the ongoing development and expansion of our business within Saudi Arabia, and to ensure that the MIS function provides accurate, and business focused information to meet both our governmental and board reporting requirements.  The Senior MIS Manager will report to the Director of Quality and the duties will include:  • To manage the development and maintenance of the company’s proprietary management information system (Arbor) and reporting in line with external contractual obligations & internal requirements.  • To support both College and Corporate Teams in the day to day use of the management information system ensuring that performance related data both for internal and external use is available, accurate and accessible to key stakeholders across the Company. • To promote the highest data integrity and compliance across the Company to support the operational management. • To manage a responsive and timely information retrieval, analysis and reporting service across the Company, ensuring full availability of accurate, meaningful and appropriately presented management information to Senior Managers and individual Colleges. • To manage and co-ordinate College MIS Managers and the Corporate MIS Executive to run reports and maintain data accuracy, and provide recommendations.  • Working with Arbor, develop, maintain and prepare the system functionality to capture and monitor data, and evaluate new data requirements to be captured. Prepare process scripts for data control and data quality assurance. • Assist in quality control checks and internal audits. Prepare for external audits and reviews by regulatory authorities. • To manage the development of information systems, data analysis and reporting required to enable Corporate and College level business review and monitoring of key performance indicators by senior management.  • Develop and maintain data management SOPs, guidance, templates and training to enable data quality, accuracy, consistency and integrity. • To be responsible for engaging with College Senior Leadership Teams in readiness for the semester starts to ensure that timetables are created and uploaded and ready to capture student attendance and progression, making changes as required through the appropriate authorisation process.  • To provide support and advice to senior managers and other curriculum staff relating to new data collection and validation demands arising from changes to Colleges of Excellence requirements, or requirements arising from pilots and other new initiatives. • To manage the training module of the Arbor system ensuring that all training that is being offered to participants is effectively managed.  • Be knowledgeable of and keep up to date with regulatory requirements in education within KSA with respect to data management. 
Requirements 
• Computer related degree. • Experience in using Arbor. • Extensive experience and knowledge of MIS within education, including management of learner information. • Excellent IT skills, particularly in Excel and PowerPoint and the ability to produce high level reports, including dashboards. • Experience in SQL script. • Ability to test different extract methodologies to work around database structures and performance bottlenecks. • Excellent proficient use of excel, with the ability to manipulate data to present information in a number of ways to suit the audience and fit for purpose.  • Analytical/problem solving aptitude. • Ability to organise and prioritise work effectively. • Ability to work to deadlines. • Ability to work unsupervised, taking responsibility for own actions. • Ability to work as part of a multi-disciplinary team.

Requirements 
To be successful in this dynamic opportunity, we envision that you will bring a minimum of 15 years' career experience partnered with a Bachelor of Science in Health, Safety & Environmental or equivalent.  Chartered status with NEBOSH Certificate (or equivalent) is highly regarded.
