Our Client is currently
looking for Inspector – Real Estate to join their facilities team based in Ras
Al Khaimah. Responsible for the Initial, final and routine yearly inspections
and written reporting to landlords. Covering full property inspection such as
Facilities Management oversee, cleanliness, interior/exterior checking, damage
reporting, MEP etc. Inspections to be reported to the Facilities Manager,
ensuring an effective working relationship with Facilities Manager and the
resident and promptly on any significant issues arising from those issues.
Tending to any other duties that may arise, or as directed by your immediate
managers such as travelling to and from assigned properties for Inspections
before & after tenants have both vacated and moved in.
To be a successful candidate you will have a
minimum of 2 Years handling Inspections Coordination – Onsite projects (Real
Estate, Facilities Management, Property Management etc.) The Supervisor
Inspector must possess excellent communication skills within English. Second
language is an added advantage. Both verbal & written. Strong background
within On Site inspections AND/OR Facilities Management. Preferably from a Real
Estate Industry (Developer, Property Management, Facilities Management etc.)
Excellent computer skills and proficient in excel, word, outlook, and access.

Our Client is currently
looking for a Storekeeper - Facilities to join their facilities team in Ras Al
Khaimah. As the Storekeeper you’ll report directly into the Head of facilities
& Procurement Specialist. You’ll be responsible for all incoming materials
against Purchase Requisition / LPO / Delivery Note and ensure that they are
accurate as ordered in the Purchase Requisition. Preparing and submitting
monthly reports on undelivered materials against POs whilst preparing all
monthly and annual physical inventory of all materials/stocks and reorder
levels with period. Internal relations; Facility supervisors / Client
Coordinators / Purchasing team and Head of Facilities. External Relations with
be diverse supply sources, regular and potential suppliers.
To be a successful candidate you must be a
graduate in business or a supply chain specialisation or certificate. GCC
experience in a Facilities Management company OR MEPC projects contractor and
should have worked as a store keeper previously. CAFM systems experience is
mandatory with thorough knowledge of store keeping and inventory control,
ordering materials, and sound knowledge of procurement tools and techniques.
Expedite quick delivery and tracking inventory through a computer aided system.
Proficiency in MS office and internet use along with knowledge of SAP. Arabic
is of an advantage.

needs. Negotiating the best deals with contractors and suppliers whilst

To be a successful candidate you must have
either a Mechanical or Electrical Engineering Degree with a minimum of 8 years’
experience within a Facilities Management Company. GCC experience is essential
along with thorough knowledge of MEPC systems, delivery of FM services and
