Position Title: Technical Analyst Network & Security Location: Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia Duration: Contract (24 Months) Position Summary: The Technical Analyst for Network and Security will support and maintain our clients unique Managed Networks and Security Solutions (LAN/WAN/WAN X/Telco Carriage Products, Perimeter firewalls, Juniper NSM). Use monitoring and reporting systems (Orion Solarwinds, HPOVO, Ciscoworks, Cisco ACS) as well as online diagnostic tools to ensure continuous and excellent service to our customers. Job Responsibilities:
To take operational ownership of the services that is being offered to customers in the form of Managed Networks and Security Services.
Handle Proactive Event Management (Managing Alarm/Event Management Platform) HPOVO and Solarwinds. Validating events and logging Incidents in Incident Management System.
Performing incident diagnostics, remote diagnostics of customer network and firewall devices upon receiving alarms for all capabilities in Managed Network Services (e.g. LAN/WAN/WAN X/Telco Carriage Products) and Managed Security Services (e.g. Perimeter firewalls, Juniper NSM).
Implement pre-authorized and standard MACs (Firewalls/RSA/LAN and WAN Port configuration). Carry out customer network redundancy and backup tests as scheduled.
Troubleshoot carriage & IP incidents across customer edge equipment, add & remove devices as needed into monitoring and reporting tools (e.g. Orion Solarwinds, HPOVO, Ciscoworks, Cisco ACS etc.).
Performing Service Desk duties in heavy workload including management of email requests/ Dropbox, provide timely and effective Escalation Management as per EMC resolution management processes and update CMDB content as per RMA and Change process.
Job Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication) or equivalent.
Must have at least 2 year(s) of working experience in a Managed Service provider environment.
Excellent knowledge in support & configuration of Cisco and Juniper routers, switches, firewalls and authentication servers (TACACS, RADIUS, etc.).
Able to work under pressure, fast paced, tight deadlines and dynamic work environment.
Required skill(s) : Good understanding of LAN, WAN, Dynamic routing protocols (e.g. BGP, OSPF, EIGRP & RIP).
Required language(s): Fluent in English both written and oral.
Candidate must be willing to work on the standard Australia shift (5AM to 5PM Malaysian Time).
Preferred:
Cisco certifications (CCNA, CCNP)
Candidates who currently attached in ICT/Telco industries that handling the similar capacity area.
Skills and/or experience in escalation management, advanced problem solving & documentation.

The Role
A leading technology company in South East Asia is looking for a ‘Mobile Android - Technical Team Lead’ to join their team in Singapore. Responsibilities: • Lead high calibre mobile team that develops and maintains advanced applications • Part of hardcore group of engineers who brings XP Technical practices to Mobile software development • Required to do Unit Testing and UI Automation Testing. Requirements
