Manufacturing Engineer

The Manufacturing Engineer will support manufacturing processes to achieve safety, quality, productivity, and cost objectives. The role is an integral part of continuous improvement projects and interfaces with employees at all levels of the organization. This role is also the key point of contact with regards to programming and tooling on CNC Machining centers within the facilities. Responsible for all new product introduction and capability inclusions.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES / ACCOUNTABILITIES
• Manage projects from concept and design through capital appropriation requests to qualification within project schedule and budget
• Design processes for New Product Introduction
• Develop and implement Manufacturing methods
• Provide product and manufacturing support
• Design special tooling and fixtures
• Identify and deploy lean tools & Six Sigma methodologies throughout the organization 
• Maintain and improve all factory processes and related metrics (production efficiency, cycle times, capacity, capabilities and others as needed).
• Create and maintain Manufacturing Instructions, route sheets, and other process documentation.
• Handle change management within the facility
• Perform data analysis and drive effective failure analysis
• Perform plant/cell layout implementation to maximize workflow
• Oversee manufacturing engineering role in assembly, machining, milling and turning operations
• Create plant BOM and routings in SAP
• Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering or equivalent with 6 year experience or 4 year with Master of Engineering
• Other preferred qualifications: Project management professional and Certified Six sigma Black belt
• Working proficiency in AutoCAD & offline CNC programming
• Prefer 3 years specific experience in a manufacturing engineering environment involving CNC Machining responsibilities
• Working Experience with SAP.
• Strong analytical skills including working knowledge of Minitab or comparable statistical software
• Continuous Improvement Process background and demonstrated decision making ability.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills are a must

CNC Programmer

The CNC Programmer position will develop programs to fabricate parts / tools for the required product lines which based in Dubai - UAE

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES / ACCOUNTABILITIES
• Create efficient and error free CNC programs in ISO/ Mazatrol /Fanuc platform. 
• Provide required documents for machine set-up (set-up sheet, visual drawings, etc.).
• Transfer/Receive programs to shop DNC station
• Design fixtures/ tooling and provide drawings when necessary.
• Assist Operators in troubleshooting problems on shop floor.
• Technical Diploma is required
• 8 years and out of which Minimum 4 years in CAD/CAM experience.
• Experience in creating CNC programs up to 5 axis machines
• Experience in Vericut or similar applications
• Experience in NX CAM/ Master CAM
• Experience in Tool planning, process planning, Cycle time estimation, best cutting tools selection

Electrical Engineer - Wire Line

Under general supervision, the employee is responsible for testing, maintenance, and repair of various electronic & electro-mechanical assemblies of downhole and surface equipment. 

• Completes all required documentation on failure analysis and required repairs. Troubleshoots, tests and assembles electronics & electromechanical assemblies.
• Assists in reworking, repairing and modifying nonconforming equipment. Provides technical support to other groups and co-workers. 
• Ability to coach other technicians. Assists in configuring, preparing, maintaining, utilizing and/or designing test stations and test equipment. 
• Performs tests with instructions and documentation.
• Ability and willingness to learn new equipment and to attend trainings as required.
• Ability to do PM1/2/3 checkout of all equipment as per the documented procedures.
• Accurately document all the work performed in SAP ZARM records.
• Since our operations are carried out 24Hours a day, the employee is required to be on call 24 Hours a day and be available to work anytime as needed, besides normal work hours, as dictated by operational emergencies.

• Must be able to demonstrate analytical skills. 
• Knowledge of specific products. 
• Knowledge of testing procedures and specific equipment required to perform repair and maintenance. 
• Good verbal and writing skills. 
• Basic skills in soldering and assembling of electronics & electro-mechanical devices. 
• Proficient in the use of multi-meters, meggers, scopes and other basic electronic instruments. 
• Can read, interpret blue-prints, wiring diagrams, assembly prints and parts lists.
• Has good technical knowledge in AC/DC circuits and electronic devices. 
• General knowledge of digital/analogue circuit theory. 
• Ability to perform component level trouble shooting as required.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES / ACCOUNTABILITIES
• Under general supervision, plans or re-plans directional and horizontal wells

• Generates 3-D plots and validate surveys on current wells.
• Prepares well design as per-client direction
