Sales Director of EMIA - Consumer Electronics

As Sales Director you will be responsible for all of the sales & business development, commercial and administrative related issues in Lebanon, Jordan, Syria, Iraq, Pakistan, and Iran. Based in Dubai. You will be responsible for Sales management, Key Accounts management and Distributors management in the stated countries. This will involve analysing sales trends, distribution channels, sales targets and budgets and proposing relevant actions to achieve financial and brands’ targets.
Requirements
The successful candidate will have previous experience working in a similar role preferably within consumer electronics sector or from FMCG background. You will have strong communication/persuasion skills with a presentable outlook. Operational planning, multi-priority management, analytical skills, results-driven. Market and customer oriented. Good understanding of financial fundamentals specifically on distributor financials. You will be expected to travel extensively. Good command of English (Arabic would be a plus) and Microsoft office set (excel and power point as priority). Additionally you should have a minimum of 5 years of Distributor Management experience in MEIA regions.

Project Manager

Our client, an oil & gas operating company requires a Project Manager to manage the Surface Facilities project for a Full Field Development for an oil field in Oman. With single point responsibility and accountability for the cost management, projects and delivery through all phases from design, procurement, construction, commissioning and hand-over and close out of the facilities and infrastructure related projects. The main responsibilities are to manage and lead the execution of the Engineering, Procurement and construction for the Full Field Development of the Project. Manage and lead the Project contracts development and award, to be timely developed and awarded. To propose creative ways of solving and simplifying technical problems that could significantly reduce cost and better delivery of the projects. Close interface with subsurface, operation team and site team on project delivery issues. You will also be required to manage the construction team.
Requirements
Suitable candidates will have a Bachelor degree in mechanical or chemical engineering with a minimum of 20+ years’ experience in design, specification, construction and general project management of oil and gas facilities, with a minimum of 5 years’ experience as a project manager of large oil and gas projects. Project Management experience in Building processing station with its associated pipeline and flow line through all different project phases from FEED up to commission. Shall have sound commercial appreciation and judgement. Shall be able to independently decide, inject urgency and act to resolve day to day project related issues in a timely manner.
