• Should have work experience in the design , installation, testing, pre-/commissioning of Electrical system related to Gas Compressor such as LV, MV and HV Switch Gear, Transformers, Motors, Cables, Panel boards, Power Distribution systems HV/LV, VFD/Soft starters, Motor starters , Switch gears, MCC's, Distribution boards etc • Should be well versed with design calculations of equipment and components, sizing/selection, load flow and short circuit calculations, development of protection & control diagrams, Technical Bid Evaluations/recommendations, preparation of Material/equipment specifications , preparation of tender for construction scope of work, Load List, Equipment List, Data Sheet, preparation of single line diagram, development of schedule for electrical distribution systems, Cable/tray layouts , instrumentation interface/interconnection diagrams, equipment layout, MCT cable entries , HVAC heat load calculations and designs etc. • Experience in DC/AC UPS systems, Battery backups, ATS panels, Earthing systems, Lightning protection, Cabling/trays, indoor/outdoor lighting , HVAC systems , Building pressurisation systems etc. • Should be fully conversant with design for Hazardous classified zones, IEC , IEEE, NEC-500, NEMA, NFPA,Shell and DEWA standards.
Requirements
Degree in Electrical Engineering with electrical and project experience in the Oil and Gas Industry. Should have worked with a consultant/operating company. UAE driving license is a must. Must be willing to travel to the Engineering Consultant offices for design review and the site.

Due to increased project wins they have a new position for a Contract Administrator to be based in their Riyadh office. Requirements

HSE Manager

• Verify that HSE Plan is current and amended when Project activities or conditions change • Verify compliance with the requirements of the HSE Plan, applicable subcontractor health and safety plan(s) and Client HSEMS requirements and local regulations • Review and understand contractual obligations regarding HSE roles and responsibilities • Manage the site and interfacing with third parties in a manner consistent with our contract/subcontract agreements and the applicable standard of reasonable care • Ensure that HSE programs are effectively functioning to prevent and control hazards on the Project Site • Ensure the required HSE staff is available at site, including the HSE personnel requirements from sub-contractors • Conduct internal inspections/audits as planned and liaison with external parties for external audits (client/3rd party) • Verify that all employees working on the project have the appropriate level of HSE training, medical surveillance, including required specialty training (e.g., fall protection, confined space entry, PTW…..) • Conduct HSE orientation for all - team members prior to entering the Project work areas and deliver field HSE • Maintain active and visible involvement using open communication with employees on safety issues on the project • Attend contractor safety meetings and ask questions about access to work areas, safety hazards, precautions and other Safety issues • Act as the project Hazard Communication Coordinator and perform the responsibilities outlined in relevant procedures • Verify that project HSE forms, permits and checklists are being used • Conduct incident investigation and ensure distribution to the management and client representative as applicable • Attend HSE meetings as required by the client • Comply with all - HR, Quality, HSE, and all the Company policies, procedures, processes, work instructions and guidelines • Perform all other duties as assigned by Supervisor / Manager
Salary: OMR 2,500 to 3,300 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.

• Degree in Engineering • Minimum 12 years of related experience; minimum 5 years HSE experience in relevant oil & gas operations and construction of Oil & Gas projects. • Experience with PDO Oman • Hands on experience in conducting day to day HSE activities like tool box talk, Hazard and Effect Management Program, statistics & reporting
