About the Company Quest Search & Selection is working with an internationally renowned All-day dining concept (Food and Beverage) restaurant brand looking for an experienced Country General Manager for the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. This is a very popular expanding brand with an emphasis on specialty coffee and homemade specialties and having an Arabic speaker is essential to being a success in this role. Job Description: As the Country General Manager you must have the following: * Directly involved in the strategic development of the brand within the region. * Restaurant Operations, most recently in multi-unit management involved with a variety of brands/cuisines. * The ideal candidate should be truly passionate about the food and beverage industry as well as having thorough in-depth knowledge of the market. * Able to support and lead the expansion and critically operationally the openings of the new units. * From this knowledge being able to strive towards clarity, solutions and strategic decision making. They have a chain of stores in Kuwait with different categories such as womenswear, menswear, kidswear and home supplies. Your key role is to lead the Marketing department for their overall strategic and operational achievement. Quest Search & Selection is looking for an innovative Master Barista to be part of a launching premium coffee house and retail business in Saudi Arabia. You will be mainly responsible for all aspects of the barista function, including training and development, supporting the Master roaster with end product innovation. International competitor level standards are to be expected. As a Master Barista for the premium coffee brand, your responsibilities will include: * Taking orders and managing cash transactions with customers * Grinding and brewing coffee beans both through traditional and specialty methods * Preparing and serving beverages and other menu items * Creating and organizing in-store merchandise. * Managing inventory and keeping track of supplier orders * Maintaining upkeep and cleanliness of equipment and barista work areas * Product innovation, development of recipes, hot and cold drink, and recipe manuals * Barista Training and coaching and development of training manuals * Respond to customer enquiries and engage in communication with respect to specialty coffee topics, recommended drinks and origins of coffee beans merchandized and served at store.
Requirements
