The Role
The purpose of this position is to assist the Engineering Services Manager in service delivery monitoring by carrying out performance analysis in relation to the Dubai Airport FM Contract. Structure and reporting relationship The role reports to the Engineering Services Manager Key Job Responsibilities • Assist the Engineering Services Manager in service performance tracking by monitoring and analysing the operations performance of the Dubai Airport contract; • Tasks include collecting performance data, carrying out data analysis, calculating performance against Key Performance Indicators, performing availability analysis, and producing distribution graphs and trend analysis reports • Responsible for the completion of specific reports, resolution of any issues that arise during the normal assurance checks and communication of this information to all interested parties • Review operational performance against targets and recommend improvements to service delivery; • Perform and carry out other duties as instructed / directed by the Engineering services Manager and the Contract Manager • Liaison with Operations Manager and Duty Engineers to determine the monthly statistical needs of each hub areas, in order to ensure effective performance management. Requirements

• Engineering degree , must be result-oriented with min 10 years’ experience in Steel Engineering , Manufacturing, Fabrication Industry. Structural Steel Design and Estimation, Planning and coordinating with other departments to meet the requirements. • Working knowledge on engineering calculations, minimum design loads for building and other structures, structural steel connection design. • Should be fluent Arabic speaking, reading and writing.
