Dispatch intimation to the customer, internal team & sales team and timely submission all shipping related expense/invoices to finance Make sure all original shipping document received before consignment reached in destination. Document clearance & forwarding. As a controller have to check all those mandatory documents that B/L, Commercial invoice, packing List, D/O and Certificate of Origin.
