Reporting to the Communications Solutions Account Director for Total Rewards, the Regional Compensation/Benefits Partner provides compensation and benefits consulting services aligned to the global total rewards strategy and tailored to the local needs of our customers and clients in Asia Pacific. Additionally, this role will partner closely with the Corporate Total Rewards team to ensure effective support on compensation and benefits strategy/management is provided to business and HR management in A/P. This position will manage a small team of compensation and benefits professionals located in A/P. Responsibilities & Qualifications:  Consult to the Businesses  Build strong relationships with management in the region to understand challenges and to plan and identify appropriate compensation solutions. Understand regional top talent, key roles and strategic workforce plan to influence compensation strategy and planning with respect to base pay, incentives and equity Consult on compensation and benefits issues in A/P to ensure they are market competitive and adherence to budgetary guidelines Serve as compensation/benefits lead for acquisition due diligence and integration in A/P Participate in the design and annual review of sales incentive plans Advise, train and provide data, analysis and tools on total rewards philosophy and programs to HR and management in A/P  Market Intelligence / Market Analysis  Evaluate job content and formulate recommendations for band, level, title, pay based on analysis of duties, internal equity and market competitiveness Validate local market matching and ensure local surveys are provided to Operations for inclusion in global database Provide input on new or more appropriate surveys to the compensation administration team to ensure the best available survey library. Validate approach to global and local market matching in global database Initiate and complete specialized analysis on market and internal compensation and benefits practices, strategies and metrics such as monetary recognition programs, incentive compensation, etc. Collaborate with Compensation Administration team on researching, evaluating and understanding the impact of market and economic trends and recommend adjustments to salary ranges, hiring rates, geographic differentials and individual rates, as requested Establish external network/s with C&B Professionals from competitor companies to share best practice and obtain accurate market information outside of salary surveys Maintain Benefits and Rewards inventory by country  Corporate Programs  Assist in design, implementation and roll out of corporate programs Provide local support for the Global SAP system and Success Factors initiatives, partnering with the Compensation Operations team In coordination with corporate compensation, support pay-for-performance philosophy by developing and providing the right tools to HR/management for employees not included in Success Factors. Coordinate annual increase processes, including process improvements to streamline process and shorten approval cycles   Regional/Country Programs  Develop effective relationships with external vendors/consultants and manage them to deliver timely and cost-effective compensation and benefits solutions Oversight of local variable pay plans including proposal of performance-based incentive plans, review and consolidation of participation and results in collaboration with Corporate Design local compensation/benefits programs or policies (e.g. car policy) in coordination with corporate, and escalate legal, compliance, and tax risk associated with benefits design and administration Develop and deliver local Rewards Training and communications to HR and managers Help to ensure statutory compliance in coordination with local Country HR Management
