We are looking for talented Practice Head with self motivated, ambition and excellent experience in MS Dynamics NAV with Solution Architecture experience Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or equivalent experience
15+yrs of experience in leading a MS Dynamics NAV implementation
Experience on multiple successful implementations with Microsoft Dynamics NAV
Knowledge of Microsoft Technologies (MS SQL Server, MS .NET, MS SharePoint, MS Business Intelligence)
Strong understanding of Microsoft Dynamics NAV 2015/2016
Experience with modeling business process and translating requirements into a business application
Excellent presentation and communication skills targeted to effectively present information to C-level management, public groups, and/or board of directors
Ability to interface with clients both in person and remotely
Understanding of some of the more complex technical topics in Dynamics NAV
Advanced experience and demonstrated knowledge of Visio, Microsoft Project, and Microsoft Office suite
Maintain a working knowledge of NAV and able to understand changes in order to anticipate cross-system or cross-process impacts Responsibilities :
Implementation of Microsoft Dynamics NAV and its add-on products
Lead one or more project teams through complex implementations
Ability to perform discovery/diagnostic phase of the project and creatively design a solution to meet the client's needs
Ability to work closely with technical staff to define and document user requirements and functional specifications
Installation, training, upgrading, configuration, support, and documentation of NAV
Ability to provide Post-implementation support
Provide onsite and offsite consulting services and support to Dynamics NAV clients
Demonstration of product to existing and prospective clients
Learn, utilize, and promote the RSM Project Implementation Methodology
Mentor and train junior consultants

Ability to express ideas clearly, concisely in understandable form, both orally and in writing
Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships
Ability to learn new business processes or applications very quickly

Manage a team of Regional collection managers and Cluster collections Managers, 100 + Collections officers and Collections agencies. Accountable for reducing delinquency and improve recovery rates on the assigned Portfolio
Ensure timely Allocation of cases to Collections officers basis Geography and Vintage and give sign-off.
Drive and ensure effective delivery of KPIs through Regional collection managers, Cluster collection managers, C&ROs and Call Centre

Strategize, forecast , drive and execute plans
