Client is a leading
European organisation who specialise in stay cables, post tensioning, anti
seismic devices, structural bearings and expansion joints. They are currently
working on a large bridge project in Kuwit city and are looking for someone to
manage all operations relating too the post tensioning systems.
The role will include the following:
• Ensure assigned project is completed within budgets and schedules while meeting client needs, business objectives and design guidelines.
• Identify and evaluate alternative solutions to best meet program goals
• Ensure that the company complies in all matters that involved the authorities e.g. Tax.
• Develop schedules and budgets for assigned projects.
• Manage and monitor project QA/QC, Health and safety, Environmental Systems.
• Coordinate with support of other departments such as Planning, Acquisitions, Operations, Design, Engineering and Finance on his project.
• Maintain effective and on-going communications with construction and contractor management teams
• Maintain effective and on-going communications with subcontractors
• Keep the relations and contacts with the Management and Client
• Makes reports and presentations to the Management
The role will include the following:

Candidates should have a degree in engineering
and must have a proven background relating to the installation of post
tensioning systems on large viaduct and bridge construction projects with a
value in excess of 5million euros. Candidates should have excellent managerial
skills and should have experience of working with a multi national workforce.
Middle East experience is preferred but not essential.

site contract administrator/engineer to work offshore in the UAE.
The role will involve;
• Ensure the timely issuing of required notices and correspondence as defined
under the contract.
• The prompt support, preparation and settlement of contractual issues
including variations, claims and disputes.
• Collect, compile and collate the required documentation in support of
variation, claims and disputes
• Construction related Degree/ Diploma
