We are currently assisting an iconic metro project in Dubai, UAE with the recruitment of senior level architectural positions.
One of the key roles we have been tasked to recruit for is the Finishing Works Architect.
Suitable candidates for this position will come from a technical background and will have previous experience within the architectural fit out of underground metro stations.

Responsibilities:
• To prepare architectural tender packages.
• Propose package strategy based on local market experience and subcontractor capabilities.
• Prepares packages content with coordination of other departments.
• Follow questions coming from tenderers.
• Interpret drawings
• Follow material selection, proposals, submissions etc.
• Position requires strong finishing material and execution knowledge.
Person Requirements:
• Minimum of 10 years’ experience in Architectural fit out and finishing works
• Project experience: Metro, Rail, Build
• Degree Qualified
The project is scheduled to run for another 3 years and the role should last for the duration of the projects.
