The successful candidate will have proven prior

The successful candidate will have a minimum of
10 years experience in a commercial/sales environment with at least 3 years
being in a Managerial capacity. You will be a strong leader who is able to

(Road Transportation) who can provide leadership and direction to the Road
Transportation department, and ensure high quality, efficient services

Key responsibilities include:
- The direct and indirect supervision of 25 staff and 170+ drivers
- Preparing and implementing Road Transportation strategy including demand forecasting, revenue and profits target setting, etc
- Preparing the procurement / sourcing plan of trucks and manpower for meeting the planned level of activity
- Developing business regulation guidelines for the company and monitoring the implementation
- Overseeing the receipt of transportation service orders from internal customers and ensuring response to the orders
- Supervising the preparation of maintenance schedules for trucks
