Job Description 
We are urgently looking for Diamond Division Manager based in Dubai with one of leading Jeweller in Middle East and Asia.Over the years with more than 125 stores in the Middle East  Asia and Europe, along with 2 manufacturing factories in India and 1 in China. 
Qualification: Any Graduate 
Experience: 6-8 years , prefereably from loose diamond and diamond Jewellery 
Job location: Dubai. 
Job Role: 
Enhancing the sales turnover of both retail and wholesale loose diamonds and jewellery, ultimately benefiting the company bottom line Maximising sales opportunities and strengthening the company position as the leading jeweller in the Middle East, through continually improving inventory levels appertaining to diamonds Minimising work pressure and increasing productivity through reforming the administration work within the division and by motivating and nurturing team members, ensuring the efficient transfer of knowledge at all times when conducting weekly meetings and training Product and Assortment Planning:  Carrying out the inventory control of loose, certified diamonds and colored stones. Effectively managing the open-to-buy monthly & yearly projection processes, ensuing consistent adherence to key product metrics, incorporating inventory turnover Additionally responsible for managing and selecting all category and sub-category merchandise dynamics Product Acquisition: Managing the diamond sourcing process and entering into effective negotiations regarding buying contracts relating to both terms and pricing Assessing current and developing new diamond and jewellery sources as well as valuing jewellery for purchase Product Distribution and Supply Cycle Management: Coordinating effective diamond jewellery replenishment and distribution company-wide and ensuring the development and implementation of effective store inventory levels and associated sales results Effectively managing the diamond grading process, ensuring consistent adherence to all governing guidelines and procedures. In-depth knowledge of Diamond and jewelry.  Responsible to manage the diamond department, Inventory control, loose diamond purchasing.  Experience in retail diamond business is going to be added advantage.  Overall experience of 7 to 10 years in the diamond industry required.  Salary:INR 10,00,000 - 15,00,000 P.A.

The Role 
Planned Maintenance • Carry out routine and preventative planned maintenance (PPM) at the depot or at the customer sites • Ensure that there are no deficiencies or defect likely to affect the safe working of a machine • Maintain the appearance of the fleet to Company standard  Inspection • Ensure pre-delivery inspections (PDI) of each machine is carried out at depot or at customer sites as per company and manufacturers specifications • Liaise with Hire Desk team to ensure that all required machines are checked prior to despatch in accordance with Company policy and procedures • Produce monthly plant inspection reports to ensure that all machines are inspected in accordance with company policy  Repair • Diagnose fault and inform the customer of the approximate repair times and rectify any faults • Ensure repair of machines at depot or on site conforms with manufacturers specification and Company policy  Quality, Health and Safety • Handover machines to customers and familiarise customers with safe machine operation in accordance with company procedures • Adhere to all company Quality and Health and Safety policy  Administration • Accurately complete and submit all relevant paperwork including part requisition forms, engineer reports, off hire, pre-delivery inspection and service sheets • Update the system on machine status change i.e. PDI carried out, machine under repair, 6 monthly statutory inspection completed • Obtain warranty instructions and ensure that all warranty claims are completed and passed for recovery • Maintain records covering workshop equipment and Light Goods Vehicle (LGV) servicing • Ensure engineers breakdown reports are processed and charging issues are referred to the Operations or Hire Desk team 
Requirements 
• Electrical Engineering diploma, vocational qualification or above • Previous experience working on a range of complex machinery such as mobile access, heavy plant or other construction equipment • Good understanding of the principles of electrical circuits and systems with the ability to read electrical circuit diagrams and schematic drawings • Ability to methodically find fault, diagnose, repair and maintain a variety of electrically powered machines • Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office applications such as Word and Excel • Able to work to Health & Safety regulations and comply with all company policies and procedures  DESIRABLE • Basic knowledge of hydraulic systems with some mechanical maintenance experience • IPAF demonstrator license • A valid driving license • Knowledgeable of the Oman geographical area

The Role 
- Efficiently & effectively plans, organises, coordinates and controls resources for QAO Flight.  - Ensure implementation of Quality Policy & Objectives for QAO Flight.  - Ensures implementation of Quality Assurance Operations Program.  - Ensures Flight & Cabin Operations, Flight Simulator Training Device, Flight Training, Flight Safety & SMS and Service Providers are in compliance with CAR OPS 1.037, ICAO Doc. 9859 & SMS Manual requirements and applicable standards.  - Analyzes and authorizes Risk- Performance based Audit Schedule in accordance with level of risk and performance factors.  - Develops & authorizes annual Audit Schedules, Audit Plans, Checklists and Reports for Flight & Cabin Operations, FSTD, Flight Training, Flight Safety, SMS, ERP, Service Providers and Operations & Engineering Interface.  - Ensures Engineering complies with Flight Operations & Engineering Interface Manual.  - Leads Quality Assurance Operations Audits, Spot Checks & Special Purpose Audits of Flight and Cabin Operations FSTD & Flight Training, Flight Safety, SMS and ERP as applicable.  - Prepares the Audit Reports based on the gathered evidence of documentation and implementation.  - Obtains from Auditee Immediate Action- Correction, Corrective Action Plan, Root Cause, Corrective Action- Prevention of reoccurrence till closure, through Q-Pulse.  - Monitors Wet Lease Audit, Code Share Audit and IOSA Audit Reports and provide feedback to SMQAO & VPQS.  - Monitors Air Safety Reports, Mandatory Occurrence Reports, Cabin Safety Report, Daily Operations Reports, Abnormal Occurrence Report, Occurrence Report, Crew Voyage Report, Service Difficulty Report & Safety Confidential Reports.  - Monitor Audit Report with regard to SMS (to include Accident & Flight Safety program).  - Monitors and facilitates Hazard Identification & Risk Management processes.  - Ensures QC process of Audit Reports is completed and Final Audit Report is authorized.  - In case of Level 1 Findings, immediately informs SMQAO.  - Ensures periodic system tracking application of corrective measures and assesses its effectiveness and suitability.  - Evaluates trends and risks, based on data collated from Audit Reports.  - Coordinates with Flight and Cabin Operations & Flight Safety to identify areas of concern & recommends improvement to Flight and Cabin Operations.  - Oversees collation, trend analysis and presentation of audit data for monthly KPI and departmental Scorecards & submit to SMQAO.  - Ensures all Flight and Cabin operations, FSTD & Flight Training operational personnel under preview of AOC has received Quality Assurance Operations Briefings which may be carried out electronically.  - Attends & presents agenda of QAOF at department management review & evaluation meetings once a month.  - Obtains and analyzes OTP minutes of meetings & provides feedback to SMQAO & VPQS.  - Is a member of Safety Action Group (SAG), Quality Review Board (QRB) & Safety Oversight Committee (SOC).  - Raises any significant or outstanding audit findings to attention of SMQAO & VPQS, followed by escalation process to SAG, SOC, QRB and SRB. 
Requirements 
Bachelor's Degree in a related discipline or ATPL with either 08 years of experience in Airline Quality and Safety Flight Operations including 3 years in a supervisory role OR 08 years of experience as Pilot on a Jet Type Aircrafts respectively. Qualified as a Quality Auditor Master degree in the related discipline will be advantage.
