Job Description
Project Lead IT Security Audits: Role is principally responsible for the successful completion of audits and any related remediation. Responsible for coordination of all compliance activities related to Conduent Infrastructure Operations ("IO") as may be required by Information Security Operations led audits. The initial focus of audits relates to the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard but eventually this role will evolve to drive any audit in a particular Conduent LOB program area or areas. This role commands a good deal of authority to make certain audits are delivered against tight timelines and SLAs. Duties & Responsibilities:
1.Accountable for coordinating compliance activities for global enterprise infrastructure team.
2.Works with Information Security Operations and external Auditors to: a.Review Service Requests to make certain they are complete including any required information. b.Tracks and reports on SLA adherence for Services by Audit. c.Acts as a single escalation point of contact for IO. d.Coordinates relationships with key stakeholders and IO.
3.Works with Infrastructure Tower leads, Technical Compliance SMEs and 3rd Parties contracted to provide Audit Support.
4.Make certain all Service Requests are assigned to resources having the knowledge, access and technical skills necessary to deliver requested work within SLAs.
5.Clarifies questions for technical team.
6.Establish and facilitate governance process with stakeholders (Internal or External, OnShore or Offshore), including program/project management prioritization, audit prioritization, monitor progress/status, issue resolution.
7.Reports to the IO Compliance Framework Manager, and provides metrics on the state of operational functions of compliance activities.
8.Liaises with our Information Security's Audit Project Manager to coordinate on timelines, requirements, resource needs, etc.
9.Escalates project work that arises from audits e.g. activities related to the audit but beyond the scope of the Audit project such as major component upgrades, engineering projects or mass upgrade of devices. Candidate Background: Skills, Knowledge and Abilities:

5.Significant experience in one or more areas of IT Service Management, Compliance Management, Project/Program Management, Requirements, Delivery and Operations.
6.Has strong planning, communication (written and verbal) and presentation skills, the capability to listen and influence, and is proficient in project quality management.
7.Demonstrates up to date knowledge of the organizations policy framework, organizational relationships, business processes, reporting procedures, and existing and planned information systems and services.
8.Has sufficient financial/business acumen to support business goals and objectives.
9.Is mobile, confident, friendly, calm, assertive and able to balance logical analysis with the emotional appeal that wins commitment or changes perceptions.
10.Demonstrates sound practical knowledge of associated technical disciplines e.g. hosting, networking, telephone, end user computing and service delivery.
11.Uses high level of technical understanding to interprets technical issues for the business and sustain credibility with IT.
12.Demonstrates breadth and depth of knowledge in major IT process/service areas including telecommunications, security, sourcing/vendor management, risk management, disaster recovery/business resumption and service delivery.
13.Someone who can understand complex problems, break them down, and translate into actionable deliverables Education/Experience:
1.Bachelors degree (B.S.) in Information Technology or Business from four-year college or university. Or equivalent work experience.
2.Five + years' experience in similar or related work.
3.Knowledge of information security standards, rules and regulations related to information security and data confidentiality on a global perspective to include PCI-DSS, SOX, NIST, ISO 27001, HIPAA. CISSP, CISM, CISA, or similar certifications preferred.
4.Must consent to and successfully clear all required pre-employment screenings.
