The centers provide comprehensive strategic support across technology and business operations processing to all lines of business and the corporate functions.  Financial Information Reporting Solution provides infrastructure support and reporting services leveraged by all lines of business and corporate areas.    End to End Reporting: Sourcing, Aggregation, and Analysis for Internal Reporting  End User Tool Support for Internal Reporting Applications   Define and deliver target end state operating model and technology requirements for the Data Consumption Strategy  This role, involves providing leadership to the FIRS Internal Reporting Global Support function which includes Management Information System Operations, Wholesale Client Profitability Operations and Testing function. This role requires providing oversight of the Operational process & Project efforts within the function and driving delivery of FIRS Internal Reporting agenda. The individual is required to cater to multiple senior stakeholders. He/ She is expected to be hands-on with the key deliverables, provide day to day direction to the teams locally. He/ She will also be responsible for performance management and career planning of the teams.  Roles & Responsibilities:   Operational Process Management (eg. Driving & monitoring process performance, building efficiency & incremental value, Resource & performance management, Content learning & development within the process).  Exposure in reconciliations performed across multiple Reporting applications (feeder and output) and user query management.  Drive Report analysis & research efforts through Issue management & Client query efforts  Build and maintain key relationships and partnerships across various business finance, operations and technology partners globally.  Maintain effective and standard operational processes, critical process documentation & drive iterative review control mechanisms  Improving and maintaining a controlled environment (e.g. necessary controls activities along process flow implemented, appropriate control tools in place, team members fully understand risks and related controls)  Adherence & support to Compliance and Regulatory requirements  Identify, analyze and lead various process improvements on a continual basis  Act as a point of reference for team members and global partners  Meet Service Level Agreements / Key Performance Indicators as agreed with global partners People and career management Qualifications:   Bachelors / Masters Degree in Accounting/Finance   10 + years Financial Service industry experience   Skills/ Core Competencies:   Excellent People Management & coaching skills , should be managing a team of not less than 15 people in the current role  Working knowledge of Management Reporting with good analytical skills  Prior experience of working with System flows, platform changes & application enhancements  Familiarity with finance concepts and banking applications  Past experience in Project Management.  Ability to multi-task complex requirements under considerable time pressure, whilst maintaining a high degree of accuracy and quality  Excellent communication and organizational skills including good judgment and decision making abilities  Excellent interpersonal skills necessary to work effectively with a variety of individuals, departments and organizations  Strong control mind set; accuracy and attention to detail is vital.  Self-starter with ability to take initiative and constantly challenge the process  Should have prior experience in migrating processes across geographic locations  Demonstrated expertise in MS Excel, MS Access, SQL (read and write)  Previous experience of change management within the organization is helpful

JAs will be expected to do a wide range of research projects, from information gathering to financial statement analysis. JAs will assist the analysts in the preparation of company review materials, industry presentations and valuation metrics. To be successful, JAs will need to demonstrate their ability to add value to the investment process.  Roles and Responsibilities:   1.
