"ROLE / JOB SUMMARY: Responsible for providing expertise in process equipment required for R&D projects to improve crystalline silicon solar cell efficiency.He/She will be working closely with other project leaders, R&D engineers and lab technicians in the process of maintaining/installing equipment in the Cell Lab. He/She will be engaged in collaborations with third parties where applicable. He/she is responsible to keep lab tools up and running.He/She is expected to operate to the highest standards of safety and ethics, in accordance with the Code of Conduct. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Tasks - Maintain/install equipment for crystalline silicon solar cell processing in the lab - Record and report equipment status - Support experiment activities in the lab and production line Safety - The KPI is zero safety cases - Comply with the companys safety protocol at all times - Participate in projects related to safety improvement Training / Coaching - Conduct knowledge sharing sessions on a regular basis for other departments of the organization Communication and Presentation - Ability to communicate and present at all levels of the Technology organization Others - Perform other duties as assigned.
