Job Description

Either of NACE / BGAS / SSPC Coating Inspector Level - 2 Certification is mandatory. Knowledgeable in preparing and implementing procedures as required by the project such as method statements for Painting work, Quality Assurance / Quality Control Procedure. Hands-on experience in inspection of surface preparation, internal coating, external painting of steel structures, Piping & Equipments required.

The Role
Provide exceptional and extensive executive level administrative support to Partners, Principals and Executive Directors (PPEDs) on a ratio of 1:3/1:4. This role holds strong knowledge and understanding of the firm’s processes, tools and specialized needs. Support Desk Operator (PMWeb) must work closely with all the members of project management team. Responsibilities: • Take requests for help and advice through the approved Support Desk channels and log all such requests, agreeing a classification and resolution time with the requestor. • Expedite all Support Desk Requests within their resolution time for their agreed classification. • Under take a daily review of the log of Support Desk Requests. • Escalation of any serious problems for joint discussion between the Head of the Project Support Office and the IT Department, as appropriate. • Assist the Head of Project Support Office with discussion and action planning for System Improvement Requests. • Provision of support as required to the System Administrators of PMWeb to ensure the correct creation (registration) of new projects in the System, to ensure the availability of software licenses for new project team members, and to ensure the correct closure of completed project s in the PMWeb System. • Deliver induction training sessions and record the feedback, for discussion with the Head of Project Support Office. • Manage upgrades of PMWeb in a stable, progressive manner whenever the vendor (PMWeb USA) announces the availability of a new version. • Perform other related duties and assignments as directed.
Requirements
• Bachelor Degree in Engineering or Computer Science or equivalent • Must be a CompTIA certified • Experience on PMWeb System Software is a must. • Minimum 2 years' experience in Technical Support • Enterprise technical support, IT support or as a technical engineer. • Strong knowledge of windows server systems, utilities and scripting. • Should be able to work with minimum guidance. • Should demonstrate a high degree of drive and initiative. • Communication (verbal and written), client-facing and strong problem-solving skills as well as an ability to work in a multicultural team environment must be well developed and proven.
