currently working with a leading International Architectural organisation in
the Middle East that are looking to recruit a Project Manager for their Dubai
office.
The Project Leader supervises the day-to-day activities for a premier project consisting of a multi disciplinary in house & external project team. The Project Leader works closely with the assigned Project Director and executes the strategy to excel the different functions (design, delivery and AOR) to successfully grow the business. This role directs the smooth completion of all project work commitments according to best practices and applicable regulations and creates and maintains trusted relationships with prospected clients, existing clients, third parties and employees.

The successful candidate must have previous
experience of working on Shopping Mall and Retail projects in the UAE and meet
the following criteria;
- At least 15 years PQE in a supervisory architect role, ideally gained in large scale retail mall design and construction, with strong technical skills and business acumen.
- Qualified Architect from a recognised university and with RIBA / ARB or equal Professional institute registration.
- Minimum 5 years UAE experience.
- Strong project management experience covering the entire project life cycle and budgets above AED
- At least 15 years PQE in a supervisory architect role, ideally gained in large scale retail mall design and construction, with strong technical skills and business acumen.

Principal Mechanical Engineer to join the MEP Engineering team for their highly
successful Dubai office.
The successful individual will manage projects and a small team of multi-disciplined engineers as well being involved in winning both new and repeat business. act as second in command to the Mechanical Director.
This is a very client facing role and as such requires a well presented, confident individual with excellent written and verbal English.
Key responsibilities will include;

• Budget & financial management

• Mentoring & training staff

• Have experience of Revit/ BIM

• Monitor and evaluate development proposals through financial matrices (DCF/IRR /NPV/RoI/RoE etc.) and comparative case studies to guide and advise clients.
• Undertake and coordinate development and research advice on large mixed use projects and have full delivery responsibility.
• Undertake feasibility and highest and best use studies, assess risk and financial feasibility.
• Liaise with sub consultants and other professionals where required to deliver results.
• Have an understanding and appreciation of Middle East macro-economics and drivers of development strategies and real estate sector growth.
• Keep abreast of key trends/developments in real estate regionally and globally in order to provide an informed opinion.
