The Role 
• Managing, planning, budgeting and financial management related to all FM affairs • Provides overall direction and management of FM Contracts, monitors on-schedule completion within or below budget in accordance with contractual obligations; and monitors risks/problems and helps develop options to resolve • To deliver high quality, prompt and courteous Facilities Management services in support of customers' business needs in a safe working environment • The Senior Facilities Manager is responsible to monitor scope development, scope management and commercial performance to meet the clients goals and objectives. Assists to plan and define goals; and methods to accomplish them; represents the client's interests Provides supervision and management support of the Facilities Management Team (Managing Agent, All FM Service Providers), reporting the overall cost and schedule status, resolving project level problems, and maintaining knowledge of all aspects of the project features • Responsible to monitor the execution of the technical, financial and administrative functions of the FM contracts. Assigns responsibility for executing project plans to key subordinates after careful assessment of how to utilize their qualifications and strengths. Provides input to performance reviews and development plans for subordinates • Implementation of Environmental, Health and Safety (EHS) related activities and programs • Heads up tiger teams or special study teams to manage and resolve potential issues before they become programmatic problems • Develop a performance management system for all Service Providers • Guide and upgrade staff technical and management competency • Reviewing & managing service charge & provide consultancy to the client • Provide recommendation to the client on efficiency savings • Promotes technical and commercial excellence through application of KPls, Quality Assurance processes & service level agreements (SLAs) reviews with service providers throughout the term of the Contract. Monitors and reports on the progress of all project activity including significant milestones, and any conditions, which would affect FM cost or schedule • Manages the preparation of special briefing and reports for the client and other stakeholders  ACCOUNTABILITIES: • Management of staffs, vendors and supplies • Update daily information on CAFM database • Successful completion of scheduled activities. Requirements 
• B.Sc in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, HVAC) from an accredited university with internationally recognized professional credentials in Facilities Management • Minimum 15 years working experience with in facilities management of large projects • At least one year working with the company & minimum three (03) years working in Arabian Gulf Region  • Strong leadership skills • Business Development • Budget Management • Interpersonal, initiative, analytical thinking, decision-making and leadership abilities. • Perfect command of spoken and written English & Arabic  • Good knowledge of quality standards like ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and OHSAS 18001 • Fully conversant with computer system mainly CAFM & management software
