Job Description
Responsibilities The PM has overall control of all project activities To manage overall safety of all personnel on a project during construction activities Enforce company safety policies and procedures. Review clients specific safety procedures and develop a site specific manual to be utilized. Oversee and ensure weekly safety meetings are conducted and documented in the field Generate, update and maintain overall construction schedule. Identity problem areas early and develop contingency plans for the successful delivery of the project and schedule Review productivity control plan for fab shop and field activities and implement metrics Monitor coordination and design efforts for required scope of work Manage labor goals and affirmative action plans; awareness of labor relations with unions regarding jurisdiction over a project Review purchasing status and equipment expediting Process and review project invoicing with owner and subcontractors. Communicate monthly billings with accounting Coordinate and monitor cost events pricing Review design documents prior to field installation Supervise and schedule all subcontracts work under their direction, and work with other trades impacted by it Monitor overall job performance by tracking labor and materials costs timely, and adjusting schedules and performance as necessary to achieve budgeted goals. Coordinate staffing on construction projects Implementation of B&S QA/QC program Identify and communicate opportunities for pre-fabrication on the project; review union requirements for fabrication and compliance; monitor progress on, and coordinating installation of, pre-fabricated sections in the field

The Role
• Audit Operations • Meet with all levels of auditee department personnel to understand the processes and to document these processes (using flow charts) • Analyse the processes to identify risks (business, inherent) and related internal controls and to document the same (identify and report the significant risks against which there are no internal controls) • Create - Update the audit program in co-ordination with Sr. Auditors - Assistant Managers based on the process study (includes designing control and substantive audit procedures to detect any system weaknesses and misstatements due to fraud or error) • Conduct the audits as per audit program and perform substantive and analytical audit procedures. • Test the design, implementation and operating effectiveness of the identified controls and prepare - update inherent, control and combined risk assessments for identified significant transactions. • Carry out audit procedures as per specified audit program which includes substantive and analytical audit procedures. • Conduct spot checks - site visits to assigned departments, collect and collate information. • Document the working papers as per the IA department policy and practice in line with International Standards for the Professional Practice of Internal Auditing (“ISPPIA”) • Draft the information, documents and supporting required for the audit and communicate to auditee under the supervision of Senior Auditor- Assistant Manager • Discuss- validate the observation made with the operational line staff. • Discuss the finding and observation with Senior Auditor- Assistant Manager and prepare the draft audit report as per the instruction from Senior Audit- Assistant Manager. Audit Liaison • Coordinate with other department line Managers and operational level staff ensure that the information required for the internal audit is accurately provided • Coordinate with Senior Auditor-Assistant Manager in drafting audit report and recommendations for audit findings

The Role
• Register, categorize, file and update all critical and personal documents of the department to maintain their confidentiality and sort all incoming letters and ensure that all letters reaches the concerned personnel on time within the department. Maintain records of all recruitment, training, exercises conducted. • Timely submission of various departmental reports to senior management as required. • Close coordination with all home base departments in relation to formulation of ER plans. • Prepare reports to senior management based on live ER activations. • Ensure update, control and formatting of all documentation and prompt distribution of amendments or changes to each document. • Assist in follow up and organizing briefings, seminars, meetings, discussions and presentations pertaining to Safety & ERP. Preparation of minutes of senior management ER meetings and follow up action. • Assist in organizing corporate emergency response planning exercises organised by ERPD for company on periodic basis. • Assist MERP in compilation of annual home base and outstation budgets. Coordinate with ASM for station requirements in advance to project a realistic corporate budget proposal for approval. • Assist in purchase and supply of all essential facilities pertinent to ERP in the company and maintain records. • Assist in planning of training requirements for ERP related activities locally and abroad • Attend to all such activities as advised by superiors that fall under the ambit of ERP- corporate affairs. • Organizing awareness training and campaign to strength the ER volunteers force when required to middle level management. • Liaise with agents to arrange all duty travel for Manager ERP & Senior Manager Safety & ERP ensuring their smooth travel. • Administration of finalization of agreements and follow up for renewals and records. • Maintenance of emergency Go kits based on situation on hand. • The concerned staff has to be available on phone for 24 - 7 and has to come to the work location if required and will have to inform the manager before leaving the base. • Undertake any other duties or responsibilities related to ERP functions as assigned by Manager ERP or Senior Manager – Safety & ERP.

WE ARE CURRENTLY LOOKING FOR AN SCN LEAD ENGINEER TO JOIN THE THALES TEAM IN MANAMA, BAHRAIN. JOB OBJECTIVE: Perform all necessary engineering activities to allow the delivery of assigned the SCN Systems including integration with related systems, within the program milestones, in conformance with specifications and within budget. ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES: In close coordination with the System Engineering Manager, Project Engineering Manager, the Project Manager and the other team members, he will be responsible for all the activities relevant to the SCN system, ensuring the predefined results on time, within the budget and with the expected level of Quality. The Lead Engineer will: • Analyze the Technical Project Scope of Works relevant to the SCN system (scope, technical issues and risk assumptions); • Conduct and perform design for the SCN system, applying technical guidelines and principles communicated by the System Engineering Manager; • Ensure production of adequate documentation and design with relevant Bill of Quantities for all needed materials and spare parts; • Prepare the technical part of the Requests for Quotations for each material/service (including technical onsite activities) to be purchased, in accordance with Company guidelines; • Produce technical procedures, manuals (installation procedures, FAT procedure, commissioning procedure ) and define the test instruments to be used on site; • Establish internal targets in line with contractual technical requirement and Company expectations, as communicated by System Engineering Manager and Project Manager; • Manage all the activities concerning potential technical Variations of Scope of Work • Manage and co-ordinate his activities with the other System Engineers involved, to Ensure the integration with OCC and the other subsystems; • Support Integration Manager in all integration aspects and issues ensuring appropriate co-ordination; • Place requests through Interface Manager for all required information from other Contractors, and provide answers to the Interface Manager for queries from Customer and/or other Contractors; • Conduct the Factory Acceptance Tests with the support of QA/QC, after coordination with Logistic Manager; • Co-ordinate with Logistics after Factory Acceptance Tests for associated shipments; • Prepare the training program for the Customer; • Ensure adequate technical support to on site activities (which include also specific missions on site, when necessary, for start up, supervision, commissioning and closer support); • Participate to Project Meetings (internal and external: with the Customer, subcontractors and other entities) when scheduled and/or requested.

WORK EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS: Proven experience in the design and engineering of SCN systems in the Airport domain. Appreciated experience also in some of the following system, CCTV, ACS, PIDS, and Communication Technologies (LAN / WAN, SDH, Radio Systems, PABX ) in the critical infrastructure protection domain. QUALIFICATION & EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS: Master Engineering degree, able to coordinate with external contractors and suppliers.
