Manager to be based in Abu Dhabi.
Job Purpose:
- Provide strategic leadership on an aviation project, in accordance with the contract requirements.
- Ensuring client retention through pro actively building and developing relationships
Responsibilities:
- Lead Role on a TFM aviation project
- Reports to General Manager
- Managing a large team
- MUST have experience for contract management, financial management, brand management and service delivery

Saudi Arabia. The business is an international architectural consultant and a
true global industry leader. This company are known for striking architectural
designs and iconic structures.
This Architect will be pivotal in providing a remarkably high level of concept and detailed design along with quality leadership to local clients on a large hospital project in Riyadh. This is a landmark building for the city of Riyadh and an exceptional level of design is essential. The right candidate for this role, will be able to demonstrate a stable career history over a minimum of 8 years having worked on the design of multiple healthcare projects.
* High level design orientated professional with ability to not only manage a team of in-house designers but also be comfortable in front of senior officials and clients
* Superb technical understanding is key, coupled with the willing to share knowledge with the next generation of designers
* The use of BIM / Revit at all phases of the design process is vital so a solid understand is vital
