Description
Reporting into the financial planning and analysis manager, the service controller will be responsible for;
* Providing service administration support to the sales and marketing department
* Assisting in the divisional planning and forecasting process
* Consolidate monthly closing and financial reporting
* Produce ad hoc management reporting and execute performance reviews for various divisions
* Producing warranty related figures for KPI's
* Liaising with the Service Department and customers regarding warranty work to be carried out
* Ensuring all billing and invoicing is complete
* Calculate variances from the budget and report significant issues to management
* Provide financial analysis as needed, in particular for pricing decisions and contract negotiations
* Business partnering with all units for financial, legal and tax related issues
Job Offer
The successful candidate for this Service Controller role will be offered a salary package of 15,000 - 17,000 AED per month, all-inclusive of basic, housing and transport allowances. * A minimum of 5 years of relevant working experience in controlling and project work with at least 2-3 years of experience in a service centre.
* Hands on commercial experience, including coordination with sales, operations and distribution teams within a multinational environment is highly preferred for this position.
* Well versed with Microsoft office programs, Cognos, ERP systems and Hyperion.
* The ideal candidate for this position, must also be dynamic, able to adapt well to change and have an inquisitive attitude
