Should be able to create test plan and conduct UAT for the Web Gateway solution Should be able to integrate Web gateway solution with , Proxy, existing mailing system, SIEM, ATD, GRC system etc. Strong networking troubleshooting skills and knowledge of internet connectivity and protocols such as TCP/IP, HTTP, HTTPS, SSL, TLS, FTP, OSI model, etc. Strong analytical, troubleshooting and problem solving skills Should have exposure to cloud platform and should have understanding of deploying the security solution in cloud environment. Should be able create config documents, test plan, operational manuals and provide operational training to customer. Should be able to identify issues related to Web gateway and trouble shoot the same. Should be able to define security rules, policies and actions for perimeter security devices like firewall, NIPS, Load balancers etc Should be able to install, configure, integrate with the perimeter security products with 3rd party systems and tool sets Should be able to work as L-1, L2 support engineer and identify and troubleshoot problems and risks and should be able to mitigate the same. Should have sound understanding on VPN technology SSL VPN, IPSEC VPN, Client VPN etc. Should be able to modify security policies by defining custom signatures and enforcing actions. Should have exposure to cloud platform and should have understanding of deploying the security solution in cloud environment. Should be able create config documents, test plan, operational manuals and provide operational training to customer.

Requirements

The Role
Responsible for managing the Retail Banking and Wealth Compliance function in Africa and Middle East: Cascade and ensure implementation of appropriate compliance policies and procedures in the region as approved by the relevant governing body (as necessary) under the Group's governance framework. Key Roles and Responsibilities * Support the Group Head, Retail Compliance, in promoting the culture and practice of organisational compliance with Compliance standards within Retail Banking and Wealth ("Retail and Wealth") in AME * Ensure establishment and maintenance of frameworks to identify, assess, manage, monitor, mitigate and report compliance (including regulatory and financial crime) risks across Retail and Wealth. * Responsibility for managing members of the AME Retail and Wealth Compliance team ("AME Retail and Wealth Team") and ensuring that the team has the capacity and capability to support Retail and Wealth in their respective countries. * Promote the culture and practice of organisational compliance with compliance standards within Retail and Wealth in AME. * Ensure the establishment and maintenance of frameworks to identify, assess, manage, monitor, mitigate and report compliance risks across Retail and Wealth in AME. * Provide leadership and functional responsibility for all members of Retail and Wealth teams in AME In relation to Retail Banking and Wealth compliance policies and procedures (to the extent described above), responsible for: * Risk assessment; * Management information; * Training; * Monitoring; * Assurance; and * Building a culture of good conduct. The Role
Audit Operations • Meet with all levels of auditee department personnel to understand the processes and to document these processes (using flow charts) • Analyse the processes to identify risks (business, inherent) and related internal controls and to document the same • Create - Update - review the audit program in co-ordination with Assistant Managers - Managers based on the process study (includes designing control and substantive audit procedures to detect any system weaknesses and misstatements due to fraud or error) • Conduct the audits as per audit program and perform substantive and analytical audit procedures. • Test the design, implementation and operating effectiveness of the identified controls and prepare - update inherent, control and combined risk assessments for identified significant transactions. • Analyse the business risk during out station audits and ensure that proper system has been implemented to identify and react to such risk. • Supervise the auditors at all stages of the audit to ensure significant risks are identified and adequately tested. • Review the working papers prepared by auditors and include the review comments to improve the audit tests • Document the working papers and index as per the IA department policy & practice in line with International Standards for the Professional Practice of Internal Auditing (“ISPPIA”) and review the Auditors documentation • Discuss the findings and observations with line Managers and department heads • Prepare the draft audit report, including recommendations, and discuss with Assistant Managers- Managers • Review the observation and draft audit report prepared by the auditors. • Follow up on the action plan for respective audited departments to ensure that action plan is on track and updated information is provided to the Assistant Managers and Managers. Audit Liaison • Coordinate with other department heads and line managers to ensure that the information required for the internal audit is accurately provided • Coordinate with department heads in presenting audit observations, and to ensure timeliness of action plan People Development • Lead and guide subordinates by giving authorities of work and assist by provide technical guidance to ensure that all subordinates are well groomed for higher positions
Requirements
Bachelor degree in a related discipline preferably in Finance, Business Studies, Management, Engineering or IT with 4 years’ experience in Internal Audit.
