The total number of staff is more than 28,000 operating from over 1200 locations.  Role Summary: You will be responsible for consulting with business unit management, from an IT perspective, to help identify and improve business system needs, current processes input/output controls, and data requirements. You will also define business needs and translate them into business analysis and requirements specifications.  Role Description: • Collaborate with other internal IT groups, both local and international, to deliver technical solutions to the clients, and to resolve their business challenges using IT systems and functions. • Develop a partnership with local and international business users and create a positive relationship to clearly understand business processes, short and long-term business objectives, and functional goals. • Verify that requirements are testable and generate testing objectives. Ensure functional specifications are sound, efficient and support the required objectives.  • Prepare business proposals for software development projects for eventual presentation to senior management. Communicate application/business knowledge to other members of IT. • Interpret end user requirements; design, develop and implement applications to meet business needs while adhering to development standards. • Proactively research and identify new trends and technologies for possible application within the Group, develop innovative solutions to solve technical problems and improve efficiencies in business processes. • Provide technical assistance in identifying, evaluating and developing systems and procedures across the group various business and support functions. • Prepare systems business cycle specifications and manage output and controls of calculations and postings. 
Requirements 
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, MIS, Engineering, Telecommunications, Business Administration or a related technical field. • Minimum 5 years in the banking & operations with at least 2 years in IT. • A minimum of 6 years of experience in the field of MIS. • For further information, please refer to the attached

Control Systems Engineer 
Qatargas 
Qatar 
The Role 
The Control Systems Engineer (Turbine Control) supervises, plan and is responsible for the safe operation and functionality of regulatory control and safety systems associated with gas turbine drivers of electrical power generation and gas compression units deployed at Qatargas. Provide day-to-day troubleshooting and support to operations and maintenance. He is also responsible to prepare PTW/JSA, TBT and other supporting documents as per job requirement. Should be able to work under pressure and willingness to work in varying conditions.  Specific Accountabilities: • Directs and coordinates the timely, proper and efficient repair of equipment and systems during breakdowns. Includes supervising troubleshooting of breakdowns, ensuring proper diagnosis of the fault, determining repair procedures and authorizing the necessary remedial actions. • Personally troubleshoots major breakdowns as required. • Plans and supervises the development and implementation of preventive maintenance policies, procedures, schedules and programs. • Participates in the planning and direction of gas turbines overhauls, LTPI, HGPI and major inspections related to turbine control systems. • Supervises the activities of assigned personnel in the turbine control section. • Performs supervisory duties at the level established by management for the position. • Ensures all the system security and hardening is enforced and administered as per Qatargas control system security policy. • Accountable for supporting system audits and closing any identified gaps. • Provide mentoring and coaching for development of Qatari Nationals. 
Requirements 
• Must have a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Science in Engineering in the area of specialization from an accredited University. • Minimum 6 years’ of experience in maintenance in gas processing facilities or Oil & Gas environment particularly having maintenance experience of Gas Turbines and related Control Systems including knowledge of third party System Interface such as DCS, Bently Nevada, CCC control and IPS. • Knowledge on hardware and software on MKVI, MKVIe control systems and Gas Turbines Frame 5, 6 and 9. Troubleshooting, diagnostics and system administration experience on above systems. • Knowledge of SAP system. • Excellent computer and written/spoken English. • Excellent interpersonal, leadership skills and ability to communicate at all levels. • High organizational, planning and coordination skills. • Strong training, competency assurance and coaching/mentoring skills. • Ability to work independently and in a multi-cultural team environment.
