Job Description
Responsibilities The PM has overall control of all project activities To manage overall safety of all personnel on a project during construction activities Enforce company safety policies and procedures. Review clients specific safety procedures and develop a site specific manual to be utilized. Oversee and ensure weekly safety meetings are conducted and documented in the field Generate, update and maintain overall construction schedule. Identity problem areas early and develop contingency plans for the successful delivery of the project and schedule Review productivity control plan for fab shop and field activities and implement metrics Monitor coordination and design efforts for required scope of work Manage labor goals and affirmative action plans; awareness of labor relations with unions regarding jurisdiction over a project Review purchasing status and equipment expediting Process and review project invoicing with owner and subcontractors. Communicate monthly billings with accounting Coordinate and monitor cost events pricing Review design documents prior to field installation Supervise and schedule all subcontracts work under their direction, and work with other trades impacted by it Monitor overall job performance by tracking labor and materials costs timely, and adjusting schedules and performance as necessary to achieve budgeted goals. Coordinate staffing on construction projects Implementation of B&S QA/QC program Identify and communicate opportunities for pre-fabrication on the project; review union requirements for fabrication and compliance; monitor progress on, and coordinating installation of, pre-fabricated sections in the field

The Role
• Provide 24 X 7 support to SAOU in maintaining the up-time of Databases and providing improved response-time for the Bank Business Users and customers. • Ensure all Databases are fully operational and adequately maintained in order to provide uninterrupted user/customer service in a professional environment to maximize user productivity. • Provide efficient Database support to users, customers and program development teams, at the Centralized Corporate Data Centers, adhering to institutional standards. • Monitor Database Server resources on continuous basis in order to up-keep the system and services availability for the Bank Business Users and Customers as per SLA. • Investigate all business service problems pertaining to Data Access and Servers and endeavor for their prompt resolution. • Provide first-level support for trouble free Database Servers by troubleshooting issues. • Assist the second-level Database support team and vendors in solving complex and long-standing issues which hampers Database Server availability. • Co-ordinate and liase with the technology's technical /application support team in implementing upgrades/fixes and solutions thus by providing error-free & improvised database servers for the customers. • Maintain the integrity of Institutional data through adequate safety and security, while ensuring that up to date administrative procedures are in place and are strictly adhered to. • Maintain Local Procedures as per the Corporate Policy and standards and participate Business Continuity Plan Exercises from the DR Site. • Liase and coordinate with business and internal entities to deliver the required service levels as per the corporate standards. • Ensure full compliance to all Bank and STG policies and procedures as defined in STEPS. • Participate in the Data Center/Alternate Data Center Management efforts in smooth function of regular activities • Ensure the Business Continuity Plan for Corporate Data Centers is maintained, updated and tested as per corporate policies, guidelines and standards. • Co-ordinate and participate effectively in Data Center/Alternate Data Center Business Recovery Plan efforts. • Support management in providing MIS and other management reports as per the requirement. • Co-ordinate and participate effectively in Technology and Operations Auditing activities.

• Provide support in maintaining secured and trouble free data center environment • Estimate future DC server growth and highlight management • Coordinate with user and technology personnel on existing and new projects. Also maintain a constant dialogue with support team to keep yourself up-to-date on their requirements in terms of database changes. • Ensure all program releases are installed and procedures modified / implemented in coordination with users / technology. • Assist business / application support team for emergency releases activities on Databases and help the business to run smoothly and ensure business as usual. • Review release processes for automation to provide better Service Levels.

The Role
C&F Operations Coordinator Objectives: Enhance smooth Import, Export & C&F Operations and assist project team. Reporting to: Assistant Operations Manager Main responsibilities: • Executing all Tasks as per requirement of the operations department. • Maintain registers and reports for Import and Export Operations. • Update and operation of Easy Freight and Invoicing. • Data entry for Import and Export shipments. • Handle Corporate Clients and Accounts. • Processing Bill of Entry for customs documentation in E-Mirsal 2 in Dubai Trade web portal. • Daily and Monthly Invoicing to Clients. • Handling the entire Job requirements for Import and Export Shipments. • Liason with Dubai Customs & Port Authorities. • Liason with carriers and shipping agents as per the requirements. • Co-ordinate with Transporters, Shipper & Consignee for effective deliveries and collection. • Organize Land Transportation for inbound and outbound. LCL/FCL shipments coordinate multi point loading and monitor the movements. • Coordination with messengers for documents delivery and collection. • Communicate / correspond with Consignees Send pre-alerts / pre advice / arrival notice and ensure timely issuance of delivery orders, clearance and Delivery of Shipments. • Facilitate shipment status update to customers through Monitoring Movements from Origin to Destination. • Customer feedback on shipment status, and maintain a cordial relationship to build future business. • Responsible to follow QHSSE policies, guidelines, procedures and legal and other requirements established by the company in line with ISO 9001, OHSAS 18001 /ISO 45001.
