Operation Manager (Beauty Clinic)

Our Company: 

Our client is a leading a group of companies, They are currently looking to hire a Operation Manager for their Beauty Clinic in Oman. 

Duties & Responsibilities: 
• Able to Manage and operate our Beauty Clinic, with enough experience to start up and get it running in the right direction, with a few years of experience.
• Provide setup, direction and framework to the centre to achieve the highest professional standards for operational efficiency and service quality.
• Provide leadership and management in number of activities, including process and workflow development and improvement, product and service innovation, sales, team and relationship building.
• Facilitate business development, sales and brand growth of the centre, positioning the centre as leading medical aesthetic unit with innovative solutions, staying ahead of the curve at all times.
• Provide sales, marketing and public relations support to ensure strong branding among potential clients as well as media.
• Oversee the implementation of short, mid and long term strategies to consolidate the business and chart the growth of the centre.
• Understand the needs and preferences of target clients.
• Accountable for sales revenue of the beauty clinic, to drive sales and motivate sales team to fulfil targets set.
• Responsible for the smooth operations of the beauty clinic, as well as managing the staff morale and human resource issues.
• Responsible to help create a positive environment and culture that enables the centre and staff to work harmoniously and in tandem with the Company's mission and goals.
• Experience in the Medical aesthetics, Clinic 
• Experience in Beauty. (N bar, Nail stations etc.)
• Strong Business Acumen, proficient in business strategy planning and forecasting.
• Sales driven, able to drive the sales team.
• Female candidates are preferred (NOT above 35 years).

Lead Quantity Surveyor

Our client is one of America's leading consultant companies with over 25 years of experience in providing professional and technical services positioned to design, build, finance and operate infrastructure assets around the world.

Responsibilities:
• To review, monitor and report on the cost management processes and procedures adopted and support the cost control and commercial supervision performed on the project by others.
• To check Variation orders and measurement of quantities.
• To check Unit Rates calculations.
• To check Procurement monitoring.
• To check Cash flow schedules.
• To check valuation and payment certificates, reports, tender evaluation reports, unit rate submissions (Cost Reports, etc.) Revised and re-submitted Methodologies, Procedures and Manuals.
• To administer that our contracted services are properly and professionally rendered to the Client's satisfaction on timely manner.
• To exercise Quality and Assurance Control on the services provided.
• Native Arabic Speaker
• Min 12 years post qualification
• BSc in quantity surveying or equivalent, member of the RICS
• Experience in Pre and Post Contract Quantity Surveying duties with reputable Quantity Surveying firms.

Purchasing Supervisor

Duties & Responsibilities:
• Execute standard purchasing processes and strategies including procure-to-pay definition and optimization.
• Support direction and strategies regarding supplier demand forecasting, supplier capacity planning, supply base inventory management, supplier replenishment and procurement transactions.
• Work with Strategic Global Sourcing Department to identify key and preferred suppliers for key categories of spend that support business unit and corporate objectives.
• Identify and assist with resolving issues that delay material deliveries.
• Work closely with suppliers to ensure delivery capability and improve supply chain capabilities like lead times and working capital.
• Improve efficiency and effectiveness of the purchasing function.
• Work closely with Planning and Materials teams to achieve goals and KPI's.
• Requisition major purchased items and coordinate timely processing of those parts finished outside the company.
• Experience in a supervisory position
• Experience in purchasing and supply chain
• Experience working with a big company
• Fluency in English & Arabic
• Preference will be given to Saudi Nationals
