Job Description 

The purpose of this role is to drive revenue & growth from respective country (ies) by increasing channel sales from existing clients as well as increasing distribution in untapped markets.  Key Roles and Responsibilities Financial  Translating the annual sales plan into quarterly and monthly, weekly operational plans and developing an areal scale, sales targets and volume goals for each product/brand, in consultation with the Regional Sales Manager. Managing distributors to ensure primary the sales plan is achieved as per defined objectives Positioning new product line/brand/SKU in the assigned sales zone/markets by direct interaction with key retailers and through Distributor's SOs Ensure timely clearance of outstanding payments from distributors Customer Orientation  Ensuring new distribuor on-boarding as per defined norms Monitoring product movement at distributors by taking weekly updates from Distributors SOs of stock and sales orders Creating area coverage expansion plan based on market intelligence and inputs from Distributors SO. Implementing the coverage expansion in alignment with company objectives and RSM Capturing feedback of retailers on secondary scheme and distribution services Resolving retailer complaints with company or distributor Discussing service feedback with respective distributors as obtained from outlets Timely resolution of key channel partner issues  People Orientation  Defining tasks for day and PJP(Target, Scheme Comm. The Role 
Graduate holding a Law Degree from reputed University. Minimum 2 to 3 years’ experience in similar capacity with reputed law firm, legal department or legal consultancy firm with good experience in arbitration matters.  Since the Paralegal would be meeting and communicating with clients of the Firm it is essential that the Paralegal is fluent in English (both written and verbal). The Paralegal should be able to gain valuable and real-world legal experience by working alongside attorneys during all phases of the arbitration process, from the initiation of arbitration to the discovery period through to the issuance of an arbitral award. Conduct the redaction, duplication and indexing of documents. Set up and maintain files which are organized chronologically, numerically and/or by subject matter. Under the guidance of an attorney, categorize documents by subject matter, prepare a chronology of facts and create production charts. Create and maintain internal case databases, run searches on internal and external document databases and systems, cull relevant information from a variety of resources such as newspapers, magazines, libraries, case documents and trade associations. Organize interview memos, digests and other relevant documents for attorney review and case preparation. Under attorney supervision, gather and prepare documents relevant to the deponent, organize exhibits, take notes and handle exhibits during the deposition and digest transcripts to summarize highlights of a proceeding. Work with colleagues in the preparation and filing of all arbitration documents. Create, bind and distribute both file and courtesy copies. Organize the briefs, exhibits and appendices. Oversee the progress of documents through arbitration support departments, order transcripts from reporting services and fulfil requests from outside counsel and others. Organize exhibits, files and all other supporting documents, coordinate trial set-up and logistics, assist attorneys by taking notes, handling exhibits, and marking documents referred to by counsel, assist in the preparation of witness testimony and serve as liaison between trial attorneys and in-house staff 
Requirements 
• Minimum 2 years ‘ experience as a paralegal in Dubai. • Advanced English communication skills. • British, New Zealand or Australian Law Degree or paralegal qualification. • Proactive and well organized with great attention to detail. • Excellent typing skills and highly skilled in MS Office applications.  To be the chosen candidate for this position you will need to be currently based in the UAE with at least 2 years experience in an arbitration department. Be professionally presented with a sound work ethic and helpful attitude.
