As an audit senior you will: • Be responsible for the preparation of audit strategy and business plans, setting budgets and pricing, scheduling audits, selecting staff and assigning workloads, and financial reporting. • Assume responsibility for small components of engagements and contribute to a strong client relationship through interactions with client personnel. • Recognize and communicate opportunities to sell "add-on" work to client and contribute to a positive team attitude. • Demonstrate your ability to plan and manage engagements and people along with ensuring deliverables meet work plan specifications and deadlines. • Develop and motivate all audit staff and provide them with counseling and career guidance.
Requirements
• Minimum two years of experience in public accounting, auditing, audit management, budget, business plan, business strategy, preferably with big Audit Firms. • Extensive knowledge of best practice reporting and international financial reporting standards. • Experience in the financial services or an energy industry is an asset. • International accounting qualification is considered beneficial: CA, ACCA, or CPA. • Fluent in English (reading, speaking, and writing). Preference will be given to Bilingual candidates (Arabic/English).

Our shared values guide the way we behave to make a positive, enduring impact: • Integrity • Outstanding value to markets and clients • Commitment to each other • Strength from cultural diversity As a Senior Associate Corporate Tax you will: • Have in outstanding experience in a wide range of industries. • Must be familiar with the tax & zakat consulting process and the professionalism necessary for the effective diagnosis, solution, development and implementation of clients' tax or zakat needs. • Concentrate efforts on a variety of international compliance, research, consulting and planning issues. • Advising multinational companies on the tax implications of their operations in Saudi Arabia. • Draft and delivery of proposals for engagements and are knowledgeable about the range of services offered by the firm. • Timely and quality delivery of services to exceed the expectations of our clients. • Develop and pursue creative strategies while using the latest technologies. • Responsibilities include oversee tax & zakat research projects for clients in diverse industries; participate in engagements requiring tax & zakat analysis for a variety of entities and their affiliates; research and analyze a wide range of tax issues such as deferred tax liability issues and tax implications of financing techniques.
Requirements
• Three or more years of general tax & zakat experience, preferably with at least a year focused on Saudi tax & zakat. • Experience with a Big 4 firm or large corporate tax & zakat department of a multinational company is required. • Consulting and compliance experience is needed. • Experience with inbound and outbound international tax is preferred. • Excellent research skills and strong written and verbal communications skills required. • Good knowledge of tax & zakat business laws and regulations • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or other business related field. • Fluency in Arabic and English is required.
