Our client is one of the leading organisations in the Sultanate of Oman, with a footprint across the kingdom. Their flagship company is one of the most respected higher education institutions in the Sultanate with over 5500 students. It is located in the Knowledge Oasis Muscat and is affiliated with Coventry University, UK and Wolverhampton University, UK. We are seeking to identify a senior HR professional to lead the implementation of world-class OD initiatives for the institution and play a leadership role in implementing the people strategy for achieving long term organizational goals, in partnership with the senior management. The Role As a HR business partner, you will be responsible for OD initiatives with a special focus on talent management and development. Another key element of the role would be to mentor the Personnel Manager and support him in implementing HR policies and initiatives. In addition, given the academic environment as an institution of higher learning, the job provides the incumbent with the opportunity to teach a course/module in any aspects of the Human Resource Management, as a faculty. Your Profile You should be an MBA, with specialisation in Human Resources with 12 to 15 years of experience:-
Prior experience of handling a team as a HR departmental head.
Some exposure as HR Business Partner and understanding of HR concepts, as well as a good understanding of business processes.
Ability to deal with ambiguity. The person should have good understanding in translating HR concepts into HR programs from an implementation perspective
Some experience in teaching, at College or University level would be a definite advantage.

You will use your technical skills to help investigate a wide variety of matters including cyber breaches, IP theft, fraud and corruption. Our high profile client base includes many large corporates and household names along with many law firms and some smaller companies. One of the exciting aspects of our work is that no two investigations are the same so there are always new challenges to be faced. Due to the project based nature of the work, every day is different and you must enjoy working with the client to understand their systems, with the aim of finding the ‘needle in the haystack’. For this particular role, we would expect you to be working on both cyber incident response investigations and computer forensic projects. Requirements
• Experience with using forensic software applications (EnCase, FTK, Helix, Cellebrite and XRY) and techniques to capture electronic data from computers, external media, networks and mobile data devices • Experience in Malware analysis and using analysis tools such as Splunk, Elastic search, RSA Analytics/NetWitness or similar • Experience of performing computer forensic analysis in support of litigation and/or investigation • Understanding of evidence handling procedures and ACPO guidelines • A minimum of a 2:1 degree obtained in a field with emphasis on technical, analytical and/or problem-solving skills • Strong quantitative and analytical skills • Excellent English verbal and written communication skills • An ability to build relationships and liaise with clients • Strong problem solving and conceptual thinking capabilities • The ability to manage and prioritize workload • Experience of delivering projects as part of a team • Flexibility on working hours and a willingness to work on projects abroad • Experience in conducting data breach or security incident investigations and managing incident response programs • Experience in analysis of network communication protocols and conducting analysis of network related evidence in support of intrusion detection and analysis • Experience with advanced threats and network exploitation methodologies • Demonstrated ability to make decisions on remediation and countermeasures for challenging information security threats Additional desirable experience includes: • Masters degree in a field with emphasis on computer security or investigations • Experience in scripting or programming • Systems or email administration experience (MCSE or equivalent certification) • Broad knowledge of information and communication technologies and the diverse policies, practices, and technologies used to protect them • A high degree of technical knowledge of computer hardware and software systems • Certifications such as GIAC Certified Incident Handler (GCIH), GIAS Certified Forensic Examiner (GCFE), GIAS Certified Forensic Analyst (GCFA), EnCase Certified Examiner (EnCE) or similar.

quantum of a specific claim and/or to give evidence in cases on liability involving alleged accounting or audit negligence • Leverages professional experience, resources and technology to ensure that claims are processed as accurately, consistently and expeditiously as possible • Leads a team to develop economic and statistical models in consultation • Able to visualize data allowing complex data structures, relationships and trends to be visible and easy to navigate, and uncover patterns and correlations in complex data for clients • Manages and leads cross-functional team (s) to draw on Requirements
• 6+ years or more experience in financial consulting (Financial Advisory/ Corporate Finance) or Investment Banking/ Merchant Banking, preferably in Corporate Finance Department with experience in areas such as business valuations, mergers & acquisitions, due diligence, financial modeling and re-structuring, raising debt or equity. • Demonstrated ability to manage people and plan components of engagements along with ensuring deliverables meet work plan specifications and deadlines. • Recognized accounting qualification and/or CFA/CBV/CA certification preferred - otherwise MBA or equivalent, with emphasis on finance/financial planning or investment analysis. • Strong Interpersonal & Communication skills. • Motivated, dedicated, dynamic & hard worker. • Advanced level of technical proficiency and computer literacy particularly with spreadsheets (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). • Bilinguals (Arabic & English) preferred.
