The Role
Our client is an interior design organisation that design and build mid to high range commercial offices and high end residential. They are hiring for a Sales and Business Development Consultant to join their team in Dubai, UAE. This candidate will be reporting directly to the Managing Director and be responsible for developing the sales and the brand reputation in the UAE through networking. The position requires the candidate to have hands on experience in dealing with architects, shop fitters, general contractors, and designers. The candidate will also be responsible for generating leads and sales opportunities to meet the company’s business and growth plans.
Requirements
Applicant will require a minimum of 5 years interior design and fit-out industry experience. The successful candidate will be experienced in networking and business development. The candidate must have experience in competitive sales environment. The role provides a salary package of 15,000 to 20,000 plus a strong commission structure.

Requirements
What you'll need to succeed You will need to be a design expert with strong experience in training, content and copy writing. You will also have a strong understanding of design visual theory (i.e. composition, colour theory, typography). You must have experience in training/teaching others and building training programmes. Advanced level in MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word) is essential as well as fluent English and Arabic. Pipeline Piping Designer with PDS PDMS SP3D experience to be based in Oman. You will be working with a leading Oil and Gas operator in Oman who is focused on the development of Oil, Gas and Energy related upstream projects in and outside Oman. You will join an inclusive and dedicated engineering team working on some of the most challenging projects and developing the tight gas fields in South of Oman. You are responsible to seek and analyse design alternatives and reliable design to meet safety standards as well as constructability of the design. Your responsibilities cover Preparation of Route layouts, Alignment sheets, Pipeline Bending details, Isometrics, Piping Plan, General Arrangement Drawings, Preparation of Crossing matrix, Station approach drawings, Demolition drawing. Requirements
You must have a Mechanical Diploma with PDS, PDMS, SP3D and a minimum of 10 years of experience in oil and gas pipeline piping FEED, Detailed Engineering, Design and Construction projects. • Good interdisciplinary knowledge and coordination. • Good in working with others as Team player. • Good knowledge of written and spoken English. • Experienced and competent Computer Aided Design (CAD/3D/Tremble Survey/ Arc GIS) operator.
