RETAIL) is for its Malaysia operation.

successful candidate will have:
Strong
Domain experience of 6+ years in Retail & Consumer Goods Industry Should be
SAP IS-Retail certified Hands on Experience & Knowledge in key areas of SAP
IS Retail ERP which include Master data management, Retail pricing, Purchase
order.
Must
have at least one end to end implementation in SAP Retail.
Multiple
rollout project in SAP Retail will also be considered.
Good
Knowledge in SAP Retail and POSDM integration.
Good
knowledge in POS and SAP CAR-POSDM integration.
Experience
on plan to purchase.
Team
handling experience.
Client
management.
Good
communication skill.
Should
have performed Client Facing Role for at least 2 years.
Should
be willing to travel

Principle Accountabilities:
Overall
responsibility and act as the Change Agent for the Six Sigma Lean
implementation and proliferation for the site.
Ensure
common Six Sigma Lean tools being deploy across the site with one look and
feel.
Ensure
all Corporate, Regional & Site requirement and goals related to Business
Excellence are achieved.
To
proliferate lean activities to applicable customers and suppliers as deemed
necessary.
Responsible
for eliminating waste and creating value by reducing variation in the processes
to achieve sustainable results throughout the organization and segment.
Utilize
Continuous Improvement (Kaizen) techniques, initiate process improvements,
cycle time reductions, cost reductions and other activities aimed at
reducing/eliminating non-value-added activities in the process.
Create
and validate processes/standards based on standard work and BPs.
Conduct
lean and six sigma training and accelerate the proliferation of Lean culture
throughout the organization by co-leading and co-facilitating Lean
Deployment.
Perform
assessment of LMT Operation/Supply chain/Office and drive initiatives to close
gaps.
Actively
participate in the selection and executions of lean and six sigma
projects.

assigned special project/segment/customer priorities to formulate and propose
strategy of Lean Transformation
