They are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager who specializes on road infrastructure projects such as highways, bridges, overpasses and underpasses etc.The ideal candidate will also have experience in the UAE and worked on RTA projects.
* At least 25 years experience in construction industry.
* At least 15 years experience in the UAE.
* Must have previously worked on RTA road/highway projects.
* Bachelor's degree in Engineering .

Quality Controller Engineer

As a member of the overall quality assurance team, the Quality Control Engineer will oversee the entire project on architecturally relevant matters. This candidate will establish and monitor quality control procedures, ensuring that work being undertaken at site complies with guidelines approved by the client.

Job Description:
- Maintain control of the overall quality and appearance of the work throughout the construction period against architectural intent.
- Study and approve the contractor’s program and schedule of work and follow?up activities to monitor compliance with the established target dates.
- Monitor contractor’s work to ensure that it is consistent with the provisions of contract documents and accepted construction practice.
- Report to Site leadership as needed to issue necessary orders and instructions to the contractor.
- Make recommendations as required for the execution of the project in the best manner.
- Ensure that materials and equipment used are approved.
- Investigate facts to assist in the evaluation and issuance of Variation Orders.
- Check and enforce the locations, dimensions, levels and orientation of all architecturally relevant facilities and component structures in accordance with approved design drawings.
- Take the necessary measurements and field checks required for processing payment applications.
- Monitor and report the application of all necessary and agreed site safety requirements and procedures.
- If disputes arise, study documentation and field conditions and assist in contractual interpretations.
- Contribute to regular progress reports for KUCP and the Head Office.
- Report any concerning developments to the JV leadership in a timely manner and via a weekly progress report

Assistant Resident Architect / Site Architect

Assistant Resident Architect / Site Architect - Kuwait

The Assistant Resident Engineers will critically review all architecturally relevant works on site, especially the execution of critical, aesthetic and technically sensitive aspects of the project. 

In this role he/she will, also support the Resident Engineer in administrative works on the project Duties of the ARE (Architectural Intent) will include the following:
- Advise the Resident Engineer in by reviewing the Contractor's work progress, quality and contract administration, respective to their areas of responsibilities.
- Monitor the performance of the Contractor and report on all violation of the provisions of the contracts on all architectural matters.
- Monitor if the work is progressing as scheduled and is compliant with the latest drawings and specifications.
- Provide clarifications on drawings and specifications as and when required by the Contractor.
- Oversee the checking of Contractor's shop drawings for corrections and give/recommend approval.
- Submit information required and assist the Resident Engineer in the preparation of regular progress reports for submission to KUCP/TP.
- Inspect and for approval as appropriate, the specified and/or substitute and/or 'equal and approved' materials submitted by the Contractor.
- Participate and monitor all relevant site meetings and client meetings
- Report any concerning developments to the JV leadership in a timely manner and via a weekly progress report
Minimum education: Bachelor Architecture

Minimum years of experience: 12 years
