Candidate Profile : Background: - B.Tech in Mechanical / Chemical from IIT (Delhi, Powai, Chennai, Kanpur, Kharagpur, and Guwahati) or from NIT Warangal/Trichy/Suratkal from batches 2011/12/13/ 14. - Experience 1 to 3 years of experience in manufacturing in Manufacturing / Production, Operations, Engineering or Projects Job Brief: - We are looking for engineers, who have experience ranging in the areas of operations, engineering and project management. - The candidate should have lead / enabled effective manufacturing operations and contributed to the development and implementation of maintenance systems so as to achieve maximum productivity, product quality & safety. - During his / her experience, the candidate should have effectively liaised with internal and external stakeholders to achieve cost effectiveness and quality. - Additionally, the candidate should have contributed to the implementation of the identified project within specified time, cost, with excellence in design and execution. Role Profile: Plant Production Manager at a large and technically complex manufacturing facility. In which case the responsibilities would include: - Meeting daily, weekly and monthly volume requirement, - Achieving plant performance measures of Food safety, quality, productivity, and cost. - Implementing quality and work systems e.g. ISO 9001, HACCP, 5S, GMP etc. - Optimizing manufacturing costs and process improvement - In contract manufacturing units, managing the relationship with the CMU owner - Leading the managerial team at the location Regional Head of a group of smaller (3rd party) plants in a particular region. This will involve responsibility similar to what is stated above, except that it will be for multiple locations. Job Description
QA/QC Engineer (Transmission and Distribution Projects) @ Africa/Thailand/ Malaysia/Saudi Arabia Locations Implementation of Inspection and Test Plans for the activities. Responsible for the system implements suitable quality systems & that Perform inspection activities and witness testing as required by applicable Inspection & Test Plans. Generate client Requests for Inspection (RFI) where required providing sufficient notice for Hold, Witness and Inspection points. Participate in the surveillance/audit process to monitor construction & quality control when requested by the site QA/QC Manager. Prepare daily inspection reports for site activities. Generate Nonconformance and Surveillance Reports for activities and materials on site found not in conformance with specified requirements. Provide support and advice to the construction personnel in relation to the Project Quality Program and the Company Integrated Management System (IMS). Familiar with Royal commission and Saudi electricity standards applicable to power industry.

Project Director - Rail/ Metro - Asia We have recently taken on an exciting senior level which will offer the successful and suitable senior level manager the following; * An autonomous role managing more than $500 million worth of work * Being instrumental in a mega project from the early stages * 5+ years' work based in Asia * Market leading, low tax package This role will have overall operational responsibility for tunnelling and underground stations along a new section of metro line being built in the city. The value of this work is in excess of $500 and the role will report in to the project director. Client is looking for someone who has a proven track record in managing large, complex rail and metro projects around the world for major contracting organisations.
