The Role 
On behalf of our client, a leading Group in Saudi Arabia, Swisslinx Middle East are looking for an experienced Director of HR to join the Group’s head offices in KSA.   In this key role you will be managing the Group’s Human Resources teams and reporting directly to the CEO.   Your main responsibilities will include, but not limited to: • Developing and implementing HR strategies and organization • Managing all areas of HR operations: talent acquisition, compensation & benefits, learning & development, insurances and others • Ensuring that all operations are compliant with HR policies and procedures • Supporting strong employee relations, overlooking career development  • Travel 50% is required 
Requirements

Senior Resident Engineer

The Role 
An exciting opportunity exists within a Top Engineering Consultancy for a Senior Resident Engineer to work on a large-scale buildings development in Oman  The successful candidate will report into the Manager and be responsible for monitoring the construction process on site.  Responsibilities: • Managing the planning and resource allocation for the project • Managing a multidisciplined team of Engineers • Attending meetings with the Client, Contractor and other Consultants • Subcontract and contract administration - FIDIC • Supervising the Contractor’s work to achieve construction in accordance with the contract documents • Reviewing Contractor’s technical submissions • Providing all necessary on-site directions and instructions • Ensuring all materials and equipment meet the required specifications 
Requirements 
To be considered for this role you should have a degree in civil or structural engineering with 10+ years’ buildings related experience.  Head of Credit Administration

The Role 
Directly reporting to the Head Operations of the bank, the position is based at Bank's Headquarters in Kuwait.  The Head of Credit Administration will be responsible for ensuring smooth functioning of the entire credit administration function within the bank.   This will include the following: • To design, review and implement credit administration structure and procedures within the bank.  • Development of standard loan documents and to ensure its legal effectiveness and enforceability • To ensure perfection of security/support documents and adherence to covenants / conditions of the credit approvals.  • To supervise that the credit sanctions are as per the discretionary powers allocated to various credit committees.  • Maintenance of original credit files, safe keeping of security documents and custodian of charge documents and securities.  • Overall credit portfolio monitoring through follow-ups with business units for adjustment of over dues and rectification of exceptions/irregularities. • Generating and reviewing the MIS reports and alerts for follow ups. Providing reports to all concerned /senior management within the bank for information and effective decision making.  Monitoring the drawing power of the security held and issuance of disbursement authorization certificates on an ongoing basis.  • Ensuring adequacy of insurance coverage on securities held as per approval terms for risk mitigation. • Liaising with lawyers for obtaining legal opinions regarding perfection of security documents etc. • Compliance of all regulatory requirements/internal policies and procedures • Handling all issues related to internal /external Audit regarding credit administration. • To ensure that all required system support is in place as per best market practice for smooth operations 
Requirements 
• Masters or bachelors degree • Any professional certifications would be an added advantage. • At least 10 years of experience in Credit Risk Management, administration, monitoring and control with at least 5 years at senior/ policy level in a commercial bank/ DPI. • Must be fluent in Arabic • Sound knowledge of credit administration / management systems and reporting requirements. • Highly proficient in MS Office.  • Awareness of latest technology trends, banking support systems and software. • Sound analytical, presentation and interpersonal communication skills. • Must be detail orientated with strong time management and team management skills. • Must possess the ability to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
