We are currently seeking a Senior Executive
Assistant for our client within the investment industry based at the Dubai
International Financial Centre (DIFC).
This position will report directly to the CEO, serving as the primary point of contact for internal and external correspondence on all matters in relation to the CEO, in addition you will oversee special projects, take on the responsibility of Office Manager alongside typical EA duties; managing an extremely busy calendar, expense reports, arranging complex and detailed travel plans, itineraries, and agendas and compiling documents for travel-related meetings. Plans, coordinates and ensures the CEO's schedule is followed and respected. Acts as a "gatekeeper" to the CEO assisting in prioritising the CEO's time.

The successful individual will have the ability
to exercise good judgement in a variety of situations, with strong written and
verbal communication, administrative, and organizational skills, and the
ability to maintain a realistic balance among multiple priorities. Have the
ability to work independently on projects, from conception to completion, and
must be able to work under pressure at times to handle a wide variety of
activities and confidential matters with discretion. You must be creative and
enjoy working within an entrepreneurial environment that is mission and
results-driven.
You must have a minimum of 10-15 years solid work experience as an Executive Assistant to a senior individual at CEO level, preferably within financial services sector, experience working within a multinational company is essential and a native level of English.

A leading pharmacy chain
are currently looking to add Senior Category Managers to their team based out
of Riyadh. The Senior Category Manager would manage a group of products with
multiple categories as per the need of the company. Sourcing, selecting, pricing
and promotion will be core part of your duties. Supplier development relation
and product assortment management to maximize customers’ satisfaction will also
be under your remit.
Specialist knowledge:
• Lead & Develop category vision and role based on the insight in terms of new products or group of products addition to the assortment and its exit strategy.
• Manage category budgets in terms for sales and GP% for approval of top management. Full ownership of P&L.
• Provide data insights and reports about the category performances every month for top management to review the performances VS the budgets.
• Source of new products and suppliers to entice the category and create an edge over the competition.
• Initiate new business development activities to introduce new categories to the business based on the latest direction of the channel in the developed markets.
• Negotiate trading agreements with suppliers with objective to maximise below line income and generate revenues for the category by creating venues for suppliers to spend within the category.
Nature and length of previous experience:
• At least 3 years’ experience in procurement.
• Relevant experience within the cosmetic/pharmacy/dermatology industry.
• University Qualifications: Bachelors
