This role is responsible for selling in Apprentices and Apprenticeships into employers across the region.

You will be home based and claim your mileage back from home.

You responsibilities will include: 
* Cold calling to potential employers and generating leads 
* Building relationships with new and existing employers
* Providing information, advice and guidance on apprenticeships and other work based learning programmes 
* Maintaining all records and databases
* Achieving all sales targets and KPI's

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of achieving challenging targets and developing new business. You will be home-based, so strong organisation skills are essential as you will need to manage your own time effectively. Experience within any sales background will be considered including telesales, B2B sales or recruitment. Experience within the Work based learning industry is desirable, although support will be given to understand the industry.

Access to a vehicle and a full UK driving license are essential.

They are looking for an Electrical Inspector to work in Bahrain.

Purpose of Position

To read and understand the Shop drawings and Method Statements and ensure the same is adhered to by the Contractor on site
To ensure the standards of Safety and Quality are not compromised.
To ensure the Contractor is following approved submittal, such as, but not limited to, Material Submittals, Method Statements, and Shop Drawings.
To be aware of the Contractor’s short-term look-ahead programme, in order to prioritise areas which require most attention and plan for the surveillance with the others inspectors.
To properly record the site daily events, and on-site modifications to facilitate the review of As-Built Documentation

Key Indicators/Success Criteria

Speed and accuracy to proceed with shop drawings review
Speed and accuracy of reporting of site events and progress.
Completeness of diaries and records.
Accuracy of records.
Efficiency of inspection schedules.
Close-out of NCRs
Efficiency of the tests and commissioning sessions

Responsibility
Monitoring the Contractor’s activities and ensuring compliance with the Employer’s Requirements and approved documentation.
Maintaining accurate and detailed records.
Following the QA/QC plan and International and National Codes and Standards..

Tasks
Manage their own time and prioritise effectively, under the management of the relevant engineer.
Read and understand project Specifications, Standards and Procedures.
Relate Specifications and Codes to Method Statements and Site Inspections and actual site activities.
Report accurately on events and findings from site visits and inspections. 
Actively participate to the tests and commissioning procedures and sessions.
Contact and coordination with the government authorities, and public utilities providers.
Review documents submitted to ensure they comply with safe working practices and the Employer's Requirements.
Assist with the management of submitted documents through the processes in place for review by design disciplines.
Record events on site, progress and change.
Observe and ensure safe working practices are maintained at all times.
Know and follow Company procedures.
Monitor and record progress and site issues.
Understand the programme.
Review the BIM model submitted by the Contractor on a regular basis, and check the conformity with the coordination expectation, in liaison with the Main Design office.
Report to their assigned manager on regular basis and/or upon request.
Adhere with the obligation of confidentiality of the project, and not disclose any information related to the project outside the site.

Authority
To stop with immediate effect, any activity that, in the judgement of the individual, constitutes an unacceptable risk to the safety of any person, or the environment.
To advise the Contractor immediately if any activity is observed to be carried out in a manner that compromises the quality of the product, that the works may not be accepted as part of the permanent works.

Reports
Reports to the Engineer on a regular basis.
Reports to the Resident Engineer upon request

Communication
Informal communication with the Contractor for technical, safety and quality matters.
Official communication with the Contractor as per the Project Procedures
No communication outside the project team is allowed unless approved by the Resident Engineer
Qualification and Experience

Degree Qualified, BSc in Electrical/ BE in Electrical
CRPEP registered
Professional knowledge and experience in AutoCad 2016.
Electrical Inspector Experience, 8 years desirable.
Airport Experience.
Middle East experience desirable.
Fluent in English in terms of written, spoken and comprehension.
