Quality Assurance Engineer

The Role 
• Responsible to take as management system coordinator and directly reports to Quality Manager. • Responsible to plan and coordinate among working parties (Process Owner; Sub-Process owner) to ensure documentations are align in accordance to system and process approach. • Responsible to control all of the Ipack documents and set up the documentation system. • Responsible to organize about schedule and implementation of audit activity and report the results to all process owners. • Responsible to coordinate and follow up the corrective and preventive action request. • Responsible to advise the planning calibration system and conduct audit. • Responsible to monitor the progress and situation of quality system in organization and propose solution and guidance. • Responsible to monitor the root cause analysis of every nonconformity • Responsible to conduct audit and execute audit plan and audit checklist. • Responsible to conduct management review and gather data to all process owners. • Responsible to a complete HSE inspection through conducting visual inspections; consulting with employees; and gathering information from HS&E accidents reports to identify risk lies beneath the work activities. • Responsible to develop risk and environmental impact assessment matrix and identify risks level (high; medium; low) by recognizing the likelihood and impact for each identified risk. • Responsible to develop and implement control measures to reduce risks. Based on the conducted risk assessment, identify areas within the workplace/department that will be subject to regular inspections. • Responsible to prepare workplace inspection checklist which includes all items that need to verified, checked or inspected in the specific workplace. • Responsible to conduct workplace inspection schedule using inspection checklist. • Responsible to ensure all types of wastes are handled; stored or disposed in accordance with the waste management regulations. • Responsible to communicate the Emergency Response Plan to all processes. • Responsible to review and update the accident and Emergency Response Plan as necessary, at least on an annual basis, and particularly after any accidents or emergencies. • Responsible to investigate about the case and its causes and any recommendations. Document the case in Incident Report. 
Requirements 
• Knowledgeable on ISO 9001: 2008 ( or version 2015) and EMS 14001 standards and its system implementation • Knowledgeable on BRC IoP and/or HACCP standards and its system implementation • knowledgeable on OHSAS 18001 and its system implementation • Knowledgeable in documentation control; records; and audit. • HSE/Auditor experience is a must

The Role 
KEY TASK & RESPONSIBILITIES: • Performing Cleaning/Waste Management operation design review  • The Cleaning/Waste Management Specialist at this level is proficient in the utilization of standard operating theories and practices, particularly those that provide continual improvement in efficiencies, cleanliness standards and rectification times; and those that allow Sustainable Waste Management to be.  • Responsible to ensure the correct implementation of the project quality plan and quality procedures and productivity related to all Cleaning/Waste Management works  • Reviews and/or prepares and issues specifications, data sheets, and other relevant documents as necessary.  • Assist in preparing RFPs for service providers regarding all Cleaning/Waste Management matters  • Responsible for preparing, reviewing & updating related strategic and operational plans such as Sustainable Waste Management Strategy, Cleaning Service Improvement Strategy/Plan, Operational Plans and ensuring that Strategic Objectives are met  • Works with the Service providers to define workable Cleaning/Waste Management solutions as required for the delivery of services and meeting City Objectives  • Reviews method statements for operations and provides comments related to Cleaning/ Waste Management  • Conducts periodic inspections to determine if Cleaning/Waste Management Operations have been done in accordance with contract specifications  • Prepares periodic special reports summarizing Cleaning/Waste Management related issues and activities for review and approval.  • Responsible for following up on instructions and commitments associated with the Cleaning/Waste Management activities   ACCOUNTABILITIES: • Management of staffs, subcontractors, vendors and supplies • Successful completion of scheduled activities. Requirements 
• An accredited degree level qualification along with practical qualifications that show operational, supervisory and management competence such as WAMITAB/C&G Level 3/ENCAMS & MCIWM or their international equivalent. These should demonstrate experience of both City Cleaning and Sustainable Waste Management  • Minimum 8 years’ experience in Cleaning/Waste Management within large projects/equivalent municipalities or developments with some concentration in facilities management experience.  • Previous experience in projects with Pneumatic Waste Collection Systems is preferred, with segregated waste streams  • Able to coordinate and monitor all disciplines of Cleaning/Waste Management related to all Contracts. This includes both management of the site supervision team as well as the Service Providers, Sub Service Providers, and other appropriate specialties  • Able to control Service Providers, Sub Service Providers in conformance with contract documents, drawings, and specifications. This includes working knowledge with local and international specifications that may relate to the projects.  • Able to demonstrate successful achievement of landfill diversion targets in a similar scale project  • Able to monitor progress of Works and carry out updating, planning and preparing progress reports as required by the Client, including lessons learned and service improvement recommendations  • At least (1) year working with the company and minimum two (2) years working in the Arabian Gulf Region
