Sales Engineer

The Role 
Objectives: Primary role is to sell water equipment products. The ultimate aim is to increase revenue and gross margin in the Water Division. To achieve budgets and targets for designated accounts and product portfolio. To maintain and develop existing and new customers. .  Main responsibilities: - Identifies current and future customer service requirements by establishing personal rapport with potential and actual customers and other persons in a position to understand service requirements.Provides product, service, or equipment technical and engineering information by answering questions and requests. - Establishes new accounts and services accounts by identifying potential customers; planning and organizing sales call schedule. - Prepares cost estimates by studying blueprints, plans, and related customer documents; consulting with engineers, architects, and other professional and technical personnel. - Prepares sales engineering reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing sales information and engineering and application trends. 
Requirements 
- University Qualifications: Engineering Degree - Nature and length of previous experience: 3 year experience in Water Equipment Division Sales, and minimum 5 years’ sales experience. - Specialist knowledge: MEP (design and selection of booster pump & sewage pump & GRP water tanks, HVAC products, solar & electric water heaters). - Soft Skills and Personality traits: Leadership, Self motivated, Confident, Credible, Reliable and determined, Negotiator.

The Role 
Job Purpose: To be responsible for managing all commercial aspects of the company’s activities including but not limited to business development, business renewals, sales, marketing, bids and proposals, publicity, communications and support to clients' maintenance In the market.  Duties: • Develop and sources new business through market awareness and thorough understanding of business trends and competition; • Develop new business by identifying opportunities of growth and cross selling with existing clients. • Organize, track and report all new and existing business and commercial activities; • Support, review and follow up quotations, proposals and tenders; • Negotiate new contracts, renew existing portfolio and provide solution to improve unprofitable • contracts or to solve problems and conflicts related to payments or accounting; • Coordinate with other departments (Administrations, Finance, Operations, IT) the processes related to his/her commercial activity. • Acquire and maintain a reasonable understanding of underwriting techniques and procedures; • Manage and coordinate Company's commercial and marketing activities in all the sector the company covers ; • Monitor, manage all relationships with customers and establish and maintain a Customer Relationship Management system; • Creating and maintaining a client’s data base. • Develop, manage and execute the strategic business plan of all Commercial products; • Conduct presentations, prepare routine progress reports and ensure proactive communication of business development activities; • Represent Company at business and technical conferences, executive forums and trade shows to gather market intelligence and promote Company; • Any other job or task directly related with the commercial activities of the company. • Undertake ad hoc tasks as and when required by commercial director but always related to the commercial activities of the company  
Requirements 
• Bachelor’s degree preferably in Business Administration or management, Insurance studies is an advantage; • Minimum 5 years of experience in related field; • Well organized, customer oriented and respond quickly to customer requests; • Initiator and motivator with a transparent communication style towards both customers and colleagues; • Team player, open, flexible and committed to results; • Knowledge of essential software tools (internal and external) that would help to keep a proper technical control of his portfolio; • Must possess a strong professional network; • Able and willing to undertake extensive regional travel; • Proficiency in English and Arabic is a must with strong communication skill.

National Overland Manager

The Role

The National Overland Manager is responsible for implementing the Overland strategy in line with the national /regional/ corporate direction (catalogue of competence, guidelines, standard working processes) and in close partnership with corporate resources and other business and functional units.  Responsibilities include operational and disciplinary responsibility; leadership and day-to-day management for smooth running of the department; overall P&L responsibility with the goal of reaching the target. He has direct reporting responsibilities to the National Manager and functional reporting to Regional Office.   Your Task and Responsibilities  Commercial and Business Development  - Promotes customer relations, acquires new business, develops the existing client base and leads the account management - Commercial development through own sales initiatives and by supporting sales in the relationship(s) with key customers and opportunities and by supporting the sales. - Provide to and monitor the provision of competitive rates and services for clients directly or through our sales organization. - Responsible for qualification & evaluation of transportation subcontractors, in coordination with National QSHE Manager  Operations Excellence  - Manage local carrier and ferry negotiations to optimize buying conditions, for specific clients and ad hoc movements - Manages and continuously improves contract logistics operations by implementing standard processes,standard IT applications and operational control systems (KPI) - Develop and Implement performance metrics and organize subcontractor performance review meetings - Support at all times the companies carrier programmers and consolidation practices  Control of Financial Result  - Prepare monthly a ‘rolling forecast’ and support on the annual target setting process, ensuring accuracy - Ownership of invoice accuracy, FSL management, credit note reduction, credit control and P&L management and the timeliness of any required reports for your area of responsibility   QSHE  - Support and coordinate the implementation of the QSHE System within BU and assure QSHE Management System’s effectiveness and consistent in the regular activities of the company, followed in all levels and in accordance with applicable norms and standards 
Requirements 
- Bachelor's Degree preferably in Logistics or Business Administration - 5+ years’ experience in Transportation and Logistics, preferably gained in a 3PL environment or gained in competitive service based industries - Leadership responsibility in direct and indirect reporting structures (line or project) - Strategic vision: Ability to see the “big picture”, grasp its complexity and develop vision of new business opportunities and processes - Intense Industry Knowledge - Logistics and supply chain knowledge - Strong customer focus - Fluent in English - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Independent, self-motivated and highly disciplined - High level of commercial acumen
