Urgent: HR and Admin Officer - Eastern European Female - Dubai A well-established security company is looking for a female, Eastern European HR, and Admin Officer. Reporting to: Business Manager Salary: 5,000 to 6,000 all inclusive depending on profile Working hours: Sunday to Thursday (except public holidays) 9 am – 6 pm, Saturday 9 am – 2 pm Job Introduction: - Take full control of Office Administration to ensure all files and documentation are kept up to date and in good order. Ensure all personal files are maintained and updated regularly e.g. passport renewals, VISA renewals, vehicle details (inspections/Mulkia/fleet insurance) private health insurance, Company trade license, accommodation (office + guards). Maintain Company Payroll system and ensure all timesheets are received on time and payment is prepared for approval. Check timesheets against Control Room records so all employees are paid correctly, no more/no less. Take full control of annual leave and ensure it is updated and maintained. Annual leave, gratuity and other allowances that are payable on deduction should be updated as and when required.
Salary: AED 5,000 to 6,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.

Duties and Responsibilities: - Company inquiry emails must be responded to ASAP - Liaise with Security Manager daily and update or take action as necessary. - SIRA training and exam licenses, fitness test, Emirates ID, labor cards and all other relevant documented needed for employment must be checked and regularly updated as required - Liaise with Business Manager daily to guarantee all company docs are available and up to date should he need them for any reason - Answer all company calls professionally - Liaise with PRO and maintain up-to-date records and take actions that are relevant. - Liaise with Control Room and ensure they are provided with all documentation and any changes concerning both clients and guard - Take any direction from Business Manager or Directors as and when required - Maintain all staff records on leave entitlement, gratuity, visa, Emirates ID's passports and all other relevant documents relating to work. - Maintain records of company software of all suppliers and renewals, such as accommodations, office, trade licenses, and any other documents relating to the business. - Maintain records of all company insurance renewals and company vehicles and other assets. Responsibilities - Prepares treatment room for patient by following prescribed procedures and protocols. - Prepares patient for dental treatment by welcoming, comforting, seating, and draping patient. - Provides information to patients and employees by answering questions and requests. - Provides instrumentation by sterilizing and delivering instruments to treatment area; positioning instruments for dentist's access; suctioning; passing instruments. - Provides materials by selecting, mixing, and placing materials on instruments and in the patient's mouth. - Provides diagnostic information by exposing and developing radiographic studies; pouring, trimming, and polishing study casts. - Maintains patient appearance and ability to masticate by fabricating temporary restorations; cleaning and polishing removable appliances. - Helps dentist manage dental and medical emergencies by maintaining CPR certification, emergency drug and oxygen supply, and emergency telephone directory. - Educates patients by giving oral hygiene, plaque control, and postoperative instructions. - Documents dental care services by charting patient records. - Maintains patient confidence and protects operations by keeping information confidential. - Maintains safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations. - Protects patients and employees by adhering to infection-control policies and protocols. - Ensures operation of dental equipment by completing preventive maintenance requirements; following manufacturer's instructions; troubleshooting malfunctions; calling for repairs; maintaining equipment inventories; evaluating new equipment and techniques. - Maintains dental supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level; anticipating needed supplies; placing and expediting orders for supplies; verifying receipt of supplies. - Conserves dental resources by using equipment and supplies as needed to accomplish job results. - Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; participating in professional societies. - Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed. - Preferred Skills - Fully literate in both verbal and written English - Excellent customer service and patient care skills - Demonstrated professional collaboration and teamwork skills with the patient at the center. - Commitment to continuous improvement and innovation. - Computer skills (e.g. workload measurement input, word processing, email, etc.) Package - 800 to 1100 USD tax-free per month - Free accommodation - Free visa and nursing license
