Our client is a successful high end luxury retailer based in Dubai. Currently recruiting a Brand Director to work in order to achieve commercial needs of the business. PURPOSE: The Brand Director Middle East & India represents the company and is responsible for the development of the brand in Middle East. The specific tasks are: • Transmit the global brand strategy into local Marketing & Distribution concepts; supervise its implementation and building the image of the brand. • Develop the sales budget and take the responsibility for its achievement. • Special focus and leadership for the development of the retail business in the region. • Key Account Management and building long lasting customer relationship. • General Management of the operational tasks, leadership of the local team. • Monitoring market trends, competitor environment. RESPONSIBILITIES: • Responsible of the sales results in the territories as described above with special focus and attention on Retail business. • Building a state of the art distribution network. • Responsible of the regional market research and development of the local marketing strategy in coordination with Headquarters. • Contact of local clients and further development of the sales network. • Setting and fulfilling of sales goals, analysis of sales statistics, determination of sales potential and inventory requirements, monitoring of customer preferences and information transfer to headquarters. • Responsible of implementation of local advertising, promotion, marketing, CRM and public relations in coordination with headquarters.
Requirements
• Arabic speaker. Good Knowledge of German would be an advantage. • Degree in Sales & Marketing or equivalent. • 10+ years of extensive international working experience in the luxury goods industry, preferably in the watch-making industry. • Excellent product knowledge, high level of interest in luxury timepieces and willingness to extend product knowledge. • High level of creativity and strong communication skills. • Knowledge of Middle East region would be an advantage. • Extensive travelling.

We are looking to recruit a Strategic Workforce Planning Expert with a specific focus on partnering with business leaders to deliver and enhance organisation's capability and approach to strategic workforce planning. Key Responsibilities: * Accountable for the Strategic Workforce Planning process & portfolio for each business unit & at the enterprise level to identify synergies and themes across * Develop core SWP insights for business, using combination of quantitative (incl. SWP model) and qualitative sources * Identify emerging trends from SWP analysis, and work out implications for the business * Conduct analysis and research relevant to SWP, identifying key questions to answer, formulating overall approach, finding sources of information and insight, and developing conclusions * Produce reporting and materials of SWP outputs to leadership and the businesses, that communicate SWP insights an innovative and engaging way that captures business' attention and stimulates the right discussions * Challenge assumptions and conclusions from both the model and business; identifying impact of different assumptions and approaches * Facilitates strong partnerships with business leaders, data & analytics, and finance partners to ensure consistency & accountability for execution * Establish and maintain core strategic workforce planning metrics and relevant scorecards/tracking to contribute to the evaluation of the SWP process. * Partner with technology to leverage supporting tools & resources and data/analytics to identify data need for measurement around implementation strategy, metrics & dashboards, and effectiveness * Use strategic workforce planning to consistently define and build capabilities across the enterprise, including developing strategic workforce planning skills within his/her own team * The day-to-day work includes coaching and developing the team and business partners through establishing, maintaining and influencing relationships with our internal stakeholders as well as being an organizational leader for the broader strategy Team. * Develop Workforce Planning scenarios, collaborating with HR Partners, Talent and Succession, Talent Acquisition and Global Leadership and Learning to identify talent gaps and develop strategies to address organizational needs. * Be recognized as the subject matter expert globally for Strategic Workforce Planning, providing thought leadership to the development of world-class workforce planning discipline
Requirements
* Ability to understand complex business plans/requirements & translate into a Strategic Workforce Plan * Use workforce planning tools (scenario modelling/planning, supply & demand forecasting, trend analysis, predictive modelling) to provide insight and recommendations on workforce plans * Strong problem-solving instincts, able to formulate and test hypotheses * Broad understanding of workforce questions and challenges across the business, and wider outside labour-market trends * Committed to contribute in creating a culture that nurtures loyalty, identifies innovative solutions and drives improvement. * Demonstrated ability to influence, build consensus and engage others to reach desired future state of the business to accelerate a team and business partners through change. * Knowledge of ERP (SAP) and Workforce Management software is preferred. * Working knowledge of organisation's departments, products and services is a plus * Experience in developing and utilizing predictive analytics and statistical modelling is a plus. * Expertise in talent management processes highly desirable
