Personal Assistant to CEO - London  We are seeking an exceptionally well presented and organised PA for the CEO of a superb organisation based in Central London. This gentleman travels a great deal of the time and has a fantastic global support system but is really looking for that special someone who can assist himself and his family when in his London home base. A very vibrant office environment with a superb company culture, this would suit a very pragmatic, friendly and well organised individual who really wishes to make her mark whilst being superbly rewarded. 
Requirements 
You will be a very flexible and well organised experienced individual who has ideally had exposure to the Oil & Gas & or Real Estate space. The CEO of this firm travels for 70% of the time but when in London does require someone who he cannot only rely on but also work collabarately with with an appropriate level of dedication, flexibility and humour. There is minimal diary management involved in this role and you will be one of several global PA's but the one most heavily relied on from a personal level due to your location. You must be able to work well under pressure and build a rapport with himself and his family with an ability to anticipate needs and think outside the box. You will also be very well versed in organising global travel.

JOB OBJECTIVES  Responsible for planning, developing, managing and improving transportation system that encompasses the needs of users taking into consideration of environmental, efficiency and safety issues  2. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Strategic:  • Manage to look at the ways to improve current systems and implement new ideas in means of transportation and environmental studies. • Work with multi-disciplinary team to guide change and deliver innovative planning services to all the taxi users  • Design transportation surveys to identify areas of public concern Financial:   Stakeholders/Customers:  • Liaise and negotiate with various stakeholders, such as residents’ groups and planning authorities Operational:  • Assigns taxis to taxi drivers and maintains records of assignments and trip data. • Reviewing report of meter readings taken from incoming taxis for accuracy or takes and records taximeter readings • Designing and interpreting transportation and travel route surveys • Compiles and maintains records of mileage travelled and fuel used • Writing clear reports, representing options and recommendations for smooth operations workflow of transportation • Using statistical analysis to examine travelling data of all taxis and accident records • Forming potential solutions to transport problems • Developing initial design ideas for new or improved transport infrastructure, e.g. junction improvements or pedestrian priority schemes • Participating in public consultation initiatives, including designing leaflets or questionnaires and attending scheme exhibitions (if any) for the welfare of the taxis and its users  Capability/ People:  • Confidence in dealing with wide range of people including drivers, clients, councillors, local groups and the general public • Engage with all the taxi drivers to conduct skills analysis, training needs analysis and priorities training as per the situation and current issues that arise.     3. On behalf of our Client, a well-known and very well established technology player that operates throughout over 100 countries, we are seeking an experienced Senior Sales Engineer.  The Senior Sales Engineer will be a part of the Power Grids division which is a global leader in turnkey power projects and will be based in Dubai, UAE. The Power Grids division delivers solutions across the power value chain. This includes system solutions for power generation, transmission technologies, substations and distribution technologies for network management. As a senior service sales engineer, you will be responsible to drive the service sales process in collaboration with the line manager.  The tasks will include:  • Studying and interpreting the customer specifications for control, protection, automation, telecommunication system and service opportunities, and clarifying these with the customer; • Exploring related service opportunities by frequent customer contact • Pro-active pursuit of these leads in order to develop new projects • Project follow-up from the budgeting to the contract stage • Coordinating and Building close ties with feeder factories for commercial issues; • Follow-up & clarifications to customers; • Internal documentation and database administration related to the sales process in co-ordination with contract & legal advisor • Coaching of new employees in the sales process • Good marketing & communication skill to create opportunities • Identify the white spot for service business. • Technical know-how for the Substation Automation products and System.  This is applicable for GGC Nationals. 
Requirements 
Ideally, you will have a Bachelor's degree/diploma in Engineering or relevant Sales qualification coupled with at least 5 years of experience in sales of system service solutions, meeting sales targets and increasing value for the company. Experience in Substation Automation Systems design, application and implementation along with the ability to provide a solution to meet customer requirements will make you an ideal fit.  This is applicable to GGC nationals.
