Job Summary As a route sales rep, contribute to the success of " Soft Drinks" by executing exceptional sales & customer service within territory Job Details Experience -Min 2-3 years fact-based direct selling experience (FMCG experience is a must) Salary -SR 1,400/- + 200/- Food Allowance + Commission Apprx. 2,500/- as per Target Achievement + Medical + Accommodation Roles and responsibilities:
Selling & executing all assigned volumes and promotions as per assigned route to achieve monthly sales targets
Achieving route productivity key target rates " Call completion Rate -Strike Rate -Average Drop Size"
Developing assigned customers/outlets to achieve sales, product distribution, and customer service/execution targets
Providing excellent service to assigned customers/outlets on his route to create and maintain goodwill with all
Merchandising product on the selling floor and back area of outlets, building exciting displays to grow sales and impulse purchase ( effective usage of POS materials)
Monitoring and reporting on competitive activity
Monitoring stock levels cold/warm and perform rotation as per the FIFO method and ensure availability of products with zero out-of-stock (OOS) at all times
Maintaining customer's accounts , collection of payment and provide credit with the alignment of the Company's credit policy
Winning new customers/outlets in order to increase route sales volume and total territory performance Loading & unloading cartons (no helper is provided) to address customer needs & help to deploy coolers
To daily visit customers as per call plan driving non-air conditioned Dyna/ 6-wheeler)

WE ARE CURRENTLY LOOKING FOR AFIELD SUPPORT ENGINEERTO JOIN THE THALES TEAM IN MANAMA, BAHRAIN. The Field Support Engineerwill be responsible in providing on-site technical support and the focal contact for the customers, provide solutions, and represent as on-site specialists of our IFE systems. Key Responsibilities: • Provide timely in-airline and on-wing support on Thales IFEC system in terms of fly-along support, entry-into-service support, in-service fault finding and diagnosis, carry out corrective action, • Work in close coordination with the Line Maintenance Team, providing in-depth troubleshooting assistance, • Due to service pattern of aircraft, such services may be carried out during irregular hours or during off duty days, • Provide quality information and communications to customers for proper operation and/or good understanding of issues, • Provide value-add feedback to Thales Avionics IFEC in terms of issue encountered, analysis results and possible improvement plan, • Work closely with Thales IFE Technical Support, Program and Engineering teams on all technical issues related to IFE system (System failures, Network issues, Fiber optic issues…), • Report to Thales Middle East office in Dubai, and ensure good coordination with main Thales IFEC facilities, located in the USA (California and Florida), • Evaluate the needs of the customers and relate details to appropriate internal departments, • Perform other reasonable related duties as assigned by immediate supervisor or upper management, • Participate actively in any retrofits and / or the entry into service of new systems at assigned customers, • Work actively with the assigned customers to gather reliability data for all Thales IFE equipment
Requirements
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in the Aviation Industry, • Preferably in Engineering and/or Maintenance of Aircraft Systems, • With proven records in trouble-shooting IFE, Avionics or A/C Connectivity systems • Diploma/Degree in Engineering and/or Apprentice in Aircraft Maintenance with Engineering License • Capability to comprehend and follow instructions, procedures, blueprints, diagrams, manuals and to comprehend and follow verbal instruction. Knowledge of reading aviation documents such as ICD, AMM, IPC, WDM, SCM preferable. • Knowledge of electrical/electronic and digital networks. IMMEDIATE SUPERVISOR: Head of Department DEPARTMENT: Mechanical Engineering Department FUNCTION: Responsible to the Head of Department for preparation, teaching, assessment and coordination of the student teaching and learning process. PRIMARY TASKS: • Prepare and develop descriptions and summaries of units included in the curriculum. • Prepare assessments for the purpose of evaluation and improving student performance. • Prepare learning sources that needs to be in the library as a reference for students. • Determination of needed IT resources to facilitate the academic plans. • Maintain accurate records of student data such as grades and attendance. • Supervision of student projects. • Substitute for other instructors within field or discipline in case of absence. • Actively contribute in serving the society. • Participate in graduation ceremonies. • Participate in the design, coordination, evaluation and refinement of the unit syllabus for learning outcomes in accordance with accreditation requirements. • Teaching and execution of unit syllabus to enable students to achieve success. • Act as an academic advisor across multiple units to the students with regular follow-up on their progress. • Contribute to the selection and development of teaching materials in accordance with unit objectives. • Serve on college, department and program committees as needed. • Comply with ACK policies and procedures. • Other duties as assigned by the Head of Department. Requirements
• A relevant Master’s degree in the field of Mechanical Engineering plus 2-4 years experience in university teaching, research or serving the professional industry. Have well developed communication, interpersonal, organizational and classroom management skills. • Have excellent teaching skills with a commitment to teaching diploma/degree and undergraduate students through a variety of delivery media. • Be dedicated to student engagement and success. • Have an interest in scholarly activity, applied research and innovation. • Have a passion for the profession and be networked to a Community of Professional Practice • Be a team player. • Have an excellent knowledge of MS Office and products and be willing to learn other software and learning management skills.
